Today they send me text 39 minutes before they would come. .So the guy shows up looks at it and says it's the pump I said ok I have appt at 2pm he says ma'am it will only take 30 minutes .he walks out to his vehicle come back in and says the pump and transmission are both shot and it will cost more then it's worth to fix it. Ok now what he made phone call and says someone will get in touch with you. Ok so my thing is if you would of came out 2 weeks ago to look at it and diagnose it.
