I rented a unit here for 3 years at $115 a month. Never late on payment, zero issues until this…read moremonth I got a voicemail on a Monday threatening that they would call the cops on me for "commercial littering" I called them back Wednesday( I had surgery on Monday) asking why they were threatening me? They stated they called me twice on the Friday prior about me not having a lock on my unit and how I obviously abandoned my few things inside. They did call twice from a number not associated with the business and left no voicemails. Wednesday when I called they had moved my stuff out of my unit into a moldy leaky roof moldy "unrentable" unit and rented my unit to someone else. Keep in mind my rent is due on the 10th of every month and this all takes place starting on the 1st of the month. So essentially they collected rent from two different people for the same unit. When I called and said, am I required to have a lock? No. But it had been "2 weeks" since I had visited my unit. The lame ass excuses were laughable. "People might have thrown garbage in there, and it only had a few things in there" this company jumped to conclusions touched my stuff and pulled a shady business deal. Don't use them. Luckily I finished selling my unwanted furniture on Craigslist and got everything moved out before the 10th.
