I picked this storage unit based on its secure, clean appearance from the road. It looked like a newer facility and had a really neat sign advertising their specials that originally called my attention to the facility! I went to just check on the price and was sold on the neatness of the place. They took the time to keep every leaf out so as to keep your belongings clean. This added touch was appreciated over the months my things were there. Staff has gone above and beyond more than once to serve my needs in storage and now moving. When I mentioned I was bummed I couldn't use U-Haul for my move, he got me a competitive rate so I could simply pick up my truck where my items are stored in the first place! This is hands down the most secure and cleanest place to store your things. Choose here over any other place in Meth-ford if you want your stuff clean and safe!!! read more

My family moved back to the area this July and needed storage for 5 months until our house was ready. This storage facility is easy to access, staff were helpful and friendly. Prices are fair. Important to remember your getting clean storage units and better service with their fees. As we came to the end of our need for their facilities we had already been billed for the month. After submitting our 2 week notice and promptly cleaning out our storage unit; we were graciously reimbursed part of our monthly fees. I would love to recommend Climate Control to my friends and acquaintances. read more

I highly recommend this place for all your storage needs. First off the manager Chris is a really awesome, positive, and genuine guy who goes above and beyond expectations to get his job done. Whether it's bringing water out to some customers, or keeping a keen eye out for your belongings, you can rest assured that your belongings are in safe hands. The parking spaces inside the storage unit are spacious and don't make you feel like you're in the way when people are trying to get by. The climate controlled area is very easily accessible, unlike other units in the valley. The rates are very competitive and the security system here is top notch. They've been in the valley for awhile now and have a great reputation for customer service and progressing to meet the valley's storage needs. I recommend highly! read more

***Update: we were contacted by the owner, who apologized on behalf of his manager. He stated he would have worked with us more. Unfortunately it's too little too late, since we had to scramble to find another unit elsewhere. At least we got an apology (since we never got one from the manager), but as long as the manager is working there, there will continue to be mistakes without remorse or remedy. Like I said before, it's unfortunate that the company hired Chris as manager, because we would have been loyal and recurring business. If I could give this place zero stars I would. Let me preface with this: We have rented units here multiple times before, and we also have many family members who rent here (per our referral), but apparently that means nothing to the manager they have working the front desk. After submitting a "reservation enquiry" online we were contacted by the storage unit, it was a voicemail asking to call them back. No problem. We called back same day and spoke to someone who assured us that our reservation was locked on for the LAST 10x15 climate controlled unit. So we packed our entire house into a uhaul and drove three hours from Eugene... only to find that our unit was "given to someone else". That was only the beginning of our issues with this company. When we asked the guy working the front desk what can be done to remedy the problem, his solution was to get a smaller inside unit and a smaller outside unit, but as he informed us "it's going to be a lot more". So now we are paying twice the amount of money for their mistake or we are without a storage unit (with an entire uhaul full of stuff sitting in the parking lot)? Lose lose. That was only half the problem, however. The guy helping us, Chris, was extremely smug, smirking and laughing the entire time as we tried to explain our frustration. "What do you want me to do about it" was his response to basically anything we said. He never apologized, only blamed us for the mistake. He had no customer service skills whatsoever. We asked for the manager, but unfortunately for us, he is the manager. We asked for the owner's email or phone number, but he refused, stating "you know there's a buffer between me and the owner, right?" We ended the conversation with him stating that "we can either rent a unit for them or go somewhere else" The customers behind us overheard the entire conversation and recommended we launch an investigation with the Better Business Bureau. We just might. I will never do business with this company after the way we were treated today and I will definitely no longer recommend this place to my friends and family. It is really unfortunate that this company decided to hire such a terrible manager. read more

They did recently do a big price hike on the monthly costs which considering we're all struggling right now and what this area went through recently with the fires seems poorly timed or thought out. But I guess it's just incentive to not leave your stuff here too long. read more

In terms of mini-storage, these guys have unethical business practices. After 2 years of faithful patronage, without notice, rates went up. They claim that I was notified, however, I was not. They told me I would receive a credit for the month they raised rates on me, and I did not. Pauline, the manager, was rude and unwilling to help, while at the same time throwing the owners under the bus by saying to me she knows the owners are crooked but they don't care. I sent a feedback form to them, and they did not care. Around the corner, there are other equally good units through other providers, for a fraction of the cost. I've been a dream customer....pay on time, keep unit clean, etc. and this is how I'm treated???? Shame on you and your crooked business practices, and for not caring about your customers in any way. This is not good business practice and you should be ashamed. We all live nearby, and this is no way to treat your neighbors. 10X20 unit for $117 per month? I think not. Shop elsewhere. read more

This facility is beyond what anyone would expect for storage. It is extremely clean, well managed and they have great security. The staff is friendly, and funny. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for storage space. They have dolly's available for free to use while you are packing/unpacking into your unit. Came from all the way from Southern California and supposedly had plans at a previous storage place not far up the road, upon arrival they apparently were out of units. So being stressed and in a hole I called Climate Control and they said they had a unit open and really were live savers. They even helped me get my motorcycle off the back of the truck with me and honestly are very friendly and care about there clients. 5 stars for me! read more

I rented a uhaul trailer with Paulina and Larry for my trip from southern Oregon to Colorado. The checkout was super easy and Larry helped/showed me how to hook up the trailer. Unfortunately, the next day, I ran into some trouble with my motorhome and was unable to tow the trailer. I had to return the trailer at 5:59(they close at 6) Elton checked me back in. He was very understanding and gave me a generous refund. Great people. Thanks again. read more

Everyone I have dealt with here, whether renting two spaces or a moving truck two times, has been very friendly and accommodating. Place is very nicely kept and high-tech security and gates make a padlock redundant. read more
