I guess things have not improved with this business. They replaced filter pump just over a year ago. It's leaking and our pool guy says it's about to fail. Only able to get in touch with them once (multiple call attempts and messages). They gave my son a list of documents required to make a warranty claim. Can't get them to call us back and email on their web doesn't work. I'm just glad the former owner (of my home) is the person who wasted money here. After multiple service trips to diagnose the problem, missed appointments and ordering the wrong parts I had no choice but to cancel services with this company. I would look elsewhere for pool and spa services. read more

I just wanted to pass along to the management team that the guys you sent to repair my hot tub were great! They were friendly, professional, and obviously knew how to do their jobs. A-1 was recommended by a neighbor who apparently had good luck with them. By my 1 star rating you can tell I didn't. I was going to have them do the initial vacuum for the season and add chemicals while they were here since a trip charge is for a minimum of 1 hour at $80. The vacuum they sent with the tech was one that you hook to a garden hose and about the only thing the bag would catch was leaves and the occasional bug, so that was absolutely worthless. He figured out in about 30 seconds that his setup wasn't working. He then added all the chemicals. Because he was there for the one trip charge, he didn't add them like I would have, and like they were supposed to be added. I talked to them once I got the bill, figuring they were going to do something due to the problems, which they didn't. At that point I called the company. They were going to send the tech out the next afternoon after finding out I had the equipment to do the vacuuming properly. I set it up in the afternoon because I was not going to be home in the morning, and our pool is not accessible due to padlocked gates. They tried to send the tech out twice that morning, calling once after he was already there. They told me he can go ahead and get started if you laid the equipment out. Nope, not unless they can scale a security fence. After the 2nd time they tried to get him out there in the morning. I cancelled the reschedule as I was frankly tired of dealing with people that won't listen. read more

This is the worst business! They destroyed my pool and new linen. Do yourself a favorite and stay away from this business. The Owner promised to stand behind his bad work.
