Took me for $389 to repair an edger. First, they said the part that was sent out was wrong. I waited for about two weeks for them to tell me the part is obsolete. I told him don't fix-it. I would come by and pick it up. When I arrived, they said your edger will be done in 30 minutes. I told them I was not gonna pay for the Repairs to put the edger back in the way I brought it. They said absolutely not. You're going pay for the Repair so I had the police show up I gave them my side of the story and they spoke to the business, but unfortunately, there 's nothing they could do. I took my chainsaw to be tuned after I installed a brand new carburetor in it and also put in fresh mixed gas but couldn't figure out how to tune it. They charged me $40 and after a week I called for an update and the person that was on the phone told me that it needed a carburetor rebuild cause the old gas in it clogged the carburetor and it was going to be $170. After telling him that it had a "brand new" carburetor and new gas he brushed me off and asked if I wanted the work done or not. Extremely over priced. They charged me $85 just diagnose my pressure washer, after talking to a few people that had already used this shop for repairs they all seem to be told they're carburator needs to be rebuilt. So they charged me $85 plus they were gonna charge me $202 for a carburator rebuild and a tune up for a grand total of $287. The owner was nice until I said not to repair it, and when I was leaving his shop after picking up my pressure washer I was asking about a part I needed and he told me you're gonna have to come back we're getting ready to close. I started off by calling this company and asking them how quick they can turn over a generator because of A upcoming camping trip. They said 3 to 4 days I said great and dropped it off a week before I needed to use it. I brought in my 5 minute run time Stihl MS250 chainsaw for not starting! I explained to the tech that it wasn't getting spark to ignite the fuel! I paid $42 for a diagnosis and received a call an hour later stating it needed the carb rebuilt, exhaust port cleaned and a new spark plug for and addition $186.00!!!! I declined the repair because being a Brand New Stihl it didn't need any of that! I brought it home YouTubed ignition problems! I removed 4 bolts and loosened 2 more, set the ignition coil gap to .008 and put it all back together. It started on the 2nd pull! This place is terrible and should be avoided unless buying a Brand New Product, take your repairs elsewhere! I wish I had read other reviews before going there, this place was so much better in the 90's. SMH business treats people like their idiots! read more
