She had the audacity to force me to pay for it and she said if I want another "DEEP CLEAN", I would have to pay additional of $500. I was frustrated and told them that we agreed on the price and told them to finish their job. After arguing with them and they finally agreed to stayed a bit longer to "reclean". I even had to provide my cleaning products to them because they "can't get rid of the stain". They took a picture of my cleaning towels and I can't believe my cleaning products are way more effective than their own. I even helped them clean during the progress and it was somewhat acceptable at the end...why hire cleaners when they just cut corners? You should strongly reconsider if you decide to hire them - even you are upfront about your expectations and requests, they might not deliver that at all or give you excuses..
