Absolutely terrible experience. I scheduled a move-out cleaning and clearly explained that we needed it urgently for an upcoming inspection. She confirmed a specific day and time -- but never showed up. We waited for hours with no updates. After many messages, she finally replied saying she would come the next day. Again, she didn't show, didn't answer calls, and completely ignored texts. She left us scrambling at the last minute with no backup and no explanation. Completely unreliable and unprofessional. I had CoCo Cleans come out and do a pre-move in clean of my newly remodeled house in College Station. What an easy experience I had. From sending a simple text, to scheduling, to day of cleaning. A first class experience. I had some art work already moved and they made sure every item was dusted. The floor were clean and the sinks sparkled. I will use this company again after the movers leave to get the dirt and dust I am moving from my prior house. Sorry my last house was to small and served mainly as a storage bin. They showed up and went straight to work in our new house! Cleaned pretty much everything there is to clean! They even took apart our kitchen appliances and hand scrubbed them. CALL CoCo's now!!! Just do it! Make your life easier. They're amazing and I am damn near impossible to satisfy. Made my life so much easier. First, they are great at what they do. So there was no need to micromanage. Second, didn't once hear I don't do windows, I don't clean baseboards, I don't, I don't I don't. All Coco's said was "Sure I can take care of that for you" and take care of it they did. Did give you an an idea of what a mess they came into here's my life: 4 teenagers (I don't know if you have any but they are disgusting creatures), 3 inside dogs one of them being a 97lb ,13 year old, golden retriever (if you have an old dog you know they stink but are more lovable the teenagers), 1 over whelmed and under motivated mother that SHOULD be getting ready to sell her house, move to another state(Oklahoma, don't ask), have a garage sell, move one of my stinky teenagers into his own apartment and not have a break down. Coco's came in and handled EVERYTHING and I mean EVERYTHING. She helped sort, pack, put up a new mailbox, weeded my flower beds, power washed the exterior of my house, cleaned my garage and made my house shine top to bottom. Absolutely amazing. All of this and I didn't have to micromanage at all!! Coco's did a fantastic job! If I could only talk them into moving to Oklahoma and running my life up here. CALL THEM!!! read more

Very nice on the phone, time was confirmed. Less than an hour before scheduled time, Nicole called to push the time back an hour and a half. For some this isn't a big deal. When you're on a set schedule and rearrange your work day, it is not a good thing. read more

Not terrible, but not great. Note professional and with poor time management and does not notify if unable to make an appointment. Has to be asked to do the obvious things, and often leaves jobs partially done, even when asked to finish. Left her vacuum cleaner in the open bed of her truck even with rain coming. Couldn't vacuum the house because her vacuum got wet. Maybe a good deal only if you want to follow her around and baby her. Otherwise there is little bad to be said about her character as she is a genuinely nice and sweet person. read more
