Called A1Roofing to get a quote. A1 Roofing excepted my offer to tear off and replace shingles on both of my house and garage. They completed the roofing job. Had leak in garage. A1 Roofing repaired by removing nail and chalking shingles. The subcontractor who replaced my gutters and down spouts wouldn't listen to me about where my down spouts should be. Now one of the gutters overflows because of having no downspout installed. The downspout that I didn't want installed above the roof of my deck is so noisy when it's raining. All I want them to do is take down the downspout, patch the gutter and relocate to the other gutter that is over flowing and be done with it. Really getting anorying. read more

This was a very hard company to work with as I did get them to do an estimate and we both signed a contract and I called them once a week for 4 weeks trying to get them to schedule the job. Every week a different person would say yes we're coming here in a couple of days and of course that never happened in at the end of 4 weeks the owner Travis said that since I called him once a week for four weeks that he is going to back out of the contract that we had. He blamed it on the weather and since I have a Georgia number I think he assumed he could lie and tell me it had rained for three straight weeks and they had high winds which was not true at all because I actually live in st.joe. read more

A1 did a complete tear off and new roof at my home just this month. I am very pleased. The employees doing the job were quiet,friendly and stayed right on task. I was impressed at how they worked at keeping the property clean as the job was being done. Constantly cleaning up as well as using a magnet to pick up any mental pieces and nails. They do excellent work. The materials are top quality. After the job was completed I had employee return to inspect the job twice and contacted to see if I was satisfied and had any issues or questions. A 1 did a beautiful job. When Travis gave us a bid for a new roof and gutters he didn't make any notes of our requests. When the roofers arrived to start working they weren't aware of our requests that were included in the bid. The gutter guards they installed are worthless. Our gutters leak worse now than they ever did before. We told Travis about the gutters twice and he said he had been by to make adjustments but if he was in fact here, we didn't see any difference the next time it rained. We would not recommend A1 Roofing. read more

As far as showing up on time and getting our roof on in a timely manner they were good at that. However, we have walked into the office and asked that they come out and look at our guttering. We were told we would be put on the schedule for that Friday. NO SHOW! I called and was told that they are busy but they would get here in the next couple of days, again NO SHOW. We have water pouring over the top of our new gutters. We never had this problem with our old gutters. We were also told by direct tv that they never put the black sheet under the satelite dish that may cause a leak. My husband and I are not of an age where we need to be climbing up to the roof to see what is going on. Now that they have our money for the roof they will not help us with anything. For this reason I would never give them a good recommendation. So much for service of your customer after the sale!!! read more
