We sit on a corner lot with a decently sized yard in an area that gets *lots* of foot traffic. In hopes of curtailing the intrusive thoughts of neighborhood kids looking to whip rocks at each other near our windows (happens far more often than you'd think) and ne'er do wells out and about looking for trouble to make, we decided it was time for a fence. We were connected through Angi's List with Rob and his crew. He was quick and punctual to come over and give us an estimate, and talk my husband through things. We'd already done a lot of research on what we'd like, but his knowledge is vast and invaluable and his patience great. He didn't mind answering questions and explaining his reasonings for decisions if he made suggestions that he thought might serve us better than what we were asking for. In the end, he quoted us over 3 grand less than another company who had been less professional and no where near as courteous with our time. We agreed on him, and he had guys at our place at 9:45am the next morning, they worked til 7pm or 7:30pm getting the framework up of our 6ft and 4ft privacy fences and where gates would go, as well as getting a good half of the fence and gates up. Next day they were back at 8:30am and had finished and cleaned up the whole yard by 6:30pm! Super quick and it looks GORGEOUS! He didn't require a down payment or a contract to be signed or anything. Came out and inspected the fence afterword, and we paid exactly what he originally quoted us in full! Definitely recommend Rob and his crew, they're fantastic and very polite and respectful of your property (and pets! We have a stray that favors our house, and they didn't mind him being nosey and watching them work!) read more

pros: straight posts cons: Rob lied about having a business license and permit and a complaint was filed by a neighbor with the city. Work had to stop and I had to go to the city to get it straightened out. Screws poking through frame, and wood is splitting. Gates don't open, and 14 requests were made to fix them after he was paid. He didn't come out and fix them. They still don't work. Metal ag fence bows and is rippled. Wood posts covered with dirt so they'll rot. Double gates are twisted. Quoted $26k but charged $38k that he wanted before he finished. I added linear foot but he didn't add the agreed upon gates or placement and changed the design without approval. Ordered pre-stained but installed green pressure treated and wanted additional $6k to stain. Wouldn't fix anything after he was paid. Uprooted a smoke tree and left it to die. Rob was an extremely difficult person to deal with. I felt he was knowledgeable but prone to temper tantrums. Unfortunately, the project was expensive, and the results are very poor quality. We just had a new wood fence installed at our home and Rob and his team did a fantastic job!! They were on time, they were professional and they worked hard and fast! It was ridiculously cold and the guys still worked hard and didn't spend hours in the truck getting warm and taking breaks! I would 100% recommend them time and time again!
