After being…read moreled to believe they'd handle the paperwork for my purchase, I was left waiting for over a month with no progress. When I finally got in touch with the representative, she claimed she'd stop by with the documents, but that never happened. Instead, she told me I needed to follow up with her or risk being audited - not once, not twice, but three times. When I confronted ...her about the delay and lack of communication, she had the nerve to act like we hadn't discussed the details before. She smirked and said "I'll let you know how much I charge" as if I hadn't already paid her a $2000 tip. I was taken aback, and my confusion turned to shock when she made a snide comment about my family situation, bringing up my mom's passing and implying that my dad wasn't there for her when she needed him most and now I must not have enough money to pay her. The condescension and insensitivity were staggering. The look in her eyes and the smirk on her face made it clear she didn't care about me or my business. It was a painful realization that I'd been duped into thinking she was my friend. Looking back, she must've REALLY needed 100-200 dollars...Needless to say, I would not recommend this agency to anyone. Their unprofessionalism and lack of empathy are a toxic combination.
