They did the closing statement incorrectly and did not credit us with prepaid condo maintenance fees, instead they were charging us for part of the month. When I notified them of the error, on the next statement they left the credit owed to us off altogether. It took them 3 times to get our closing statement correct. After the closing agent confirmed release of all the funds it took them over 2 hours to get us the wire confirmation. Worst experience that I have ever had with a title company. I would not recommend.

You must provide identification and they confirm you are invited by the resident. The guards we encountered were very professional and nice. The location is basically next to the Everglades so be prepared to be surrounded by mosquitoes and other insects. It is very quiet and clean. The houses are very well maintained as well. I am not sure what the price ranges are but I can only imagine it is not in my budget! If I had the means, I would move here in a heartbeat.
