I am a 77 y/o male. Was just released from bayonet point hospital on 06/26/2026 heart surgery.Cannot walk far parked in handi cap space have sticker.Went to see fireworks sims part N P R . after display went to leave my car was missing, went to a police man to report. He said no vehicles were surpose to be towed and he would check. He stated 2 vehicles were towed but not reported to them. He stated i should call A-1 towing.Another elderly was was standing next to me in her 80s crying her car was missing to.After about 1/2 hour we finally got thru to them. We got a ride home A-1 said they would call us when driver leaving another tow and would be where car was. Driver appeared at holding gate at 11:30 pm, we have time dated photos of calls and pics of drivers arrival and leaving gate. I asked driver to open gate so i could get registration i asked him to come in he refused. Car was unlocked glove compartment was tussled. I opened my ray burn sun glasses and they were missing with a 100.00 bill i always kept in glass case.The glasses were collectable 1970s gold framed value 2,000$ plus.I have proof of ownership and damage to righr rear wheel i have pics time dated. When i came out of gated area i wold driver things were missing,he went off on me a mother f---k-r said no body calls him a thief sais f--u your not getting your car back till monday, i never said anything stolen only missing my wife got very upset and said to him he did not say you stoe it. conversation was recorded on phone on public street.he said to my wife i will not talk to that f--.k. .He lied about the miles pick up and time of pick up so he could charge more all phpto time stamped sign on fence said charges for pasco tow should not be more than 300.00 have photo time stamped. bill was 579.27$ told my wfie pay it or leave it . monday would be 150.00$ more. need the car in case of emergency . He said he had spotters around display watching and to call he so he could cars.also i am on social security .BEWARE A-1 IS A RIP OFF AND WE WILL GO TO COURT.And thatdriver should be charges with verbal assault and threating wife if she will not pay.Well will take a lie detector to the truth will DRIVER. read more

I needed a tow. Others were busy. A-1 said yes. Made arrangements with Kevin. And he showed up at appointed time. Got my car and dropped it at the body shop. He's a great guy to work with. Price was right too. He let me know his rates upfront. We did all by text. He responds promptly and as others have said, is a nice guy when you meet him. I hope I never need a tow again. I confirmed with Kevin and figured I could run pick up takeout food and get back home, 20 minutes tops. He was at my house in 10! He was so kind, so professional, so caring and honestly cared about the situation and everyone's wellbeing. He made sure my dad's car would drive after recovering it out of the neighbor's fence/hedge. It wasn't a simple tow job. He asked me if it was an immediate need and once I told him my situation he instantly sent me 4 other tow companies that he trusts to help me out. Rush hour on I-90 and these guys answered (got voicemail at another place), were totally upfront about how much time it would take to get to us, came within 45 min and towed our car from I-90 near the Rainier Ave exit to Overlake (where the car dealer is located) for $164 (incl. tax). I just got back into town from vacation to realize that the brakes on my SUV were out and I needed to have it towed from Seattle to the dealership in Issaquah. I called other towing companies who were giving me crazy quotes and for some reason would only be available during rush hour traffic. i have a 4wd outback, and had serpentine belt go out causing power steering to fail and brakes to go out. I dreaded the idea of getting a flat bed truck and the rates associated to come pick me up when i was a couple miles from home. A1 was there in less then 20, knew the folks at my service shop across the street and offered to store my car and take it over to the shop for me in the morning for no extra charge. Talk about customer service. Can i gave more stars somehow? I don't remember the total but it was very fair ( less than $100 ) and he was very professional and honest/no bs. read more
