Billy is amazing. My old scooter was stolen years ago. I was young and dumb and never reported it stolen. Big mistake. Lincoln towing found it, impounded it, then waited two weeks to send an impound notice to me, so the storage fees were already up to $600+ before I even had a clue about any of this. I drove up there to figure out what to do. The scooter was under a pile of other motorcycles, and they told me fees would add up until I removed the scooter from the lot. 1. But where even is the scooter??? 2. How am I supposed to remove it? They were not helpful. Apparently there is some hunk of scrap metal with a VIN number tied to me in a pile of junk, so I'm trapped. I contacted two haulers before Billy to pick this up (and dig it out?) so I could stop getting charged. Both quoted me $350 - $400, and gave me no more information. Oh and the appointment was in two days, so that's two more days of storage charges. Then I called Billy! Billy helped me understand how to actually get out of this situation, and was the only person to be helpful in any way. He saved me another round trip by telling me I'd need a title for the "scooter" to be released, and that I could get an affidavit in lieu of title to allow it. The plan was for him to meet me there once I got there with the title, and he'd help me get the "scooter" and then haul it away at a MUCH LOWER price than anyone else quoted, and in the SAME DAY. I was able to get this all done in a few hours instead of being jerked around by everyone else, and didn't even end up needing the "scooter" hauled because I had everything I needed (thanks to Billy) to turn ownership over to Lincoln and be done with it. Billy saved me HUNDREDS of dollars and deserves all of the business. Everyone else is horrible. read more

One star is because zero isn't an option. This guy is kind of an asshole. I called looking for a tow as his business shows up on a Google search for that. He told me that he doesn't offer tow services for hire, which is great. More power to him. When I suggested he should update his business profile so it didn't show up in searches for tow for hire, he went on a rant about how he doesn't gotta update anything and how stupid people like me are and why do we gotta talk shit when we don't get what we want? That's not what I did at all. Then he rudely hung up on me. People like this shouldn't be in business so talk with your wallet and show him that being rude to customers doesn't pay. Thank you Billy! I would recommend Billy for his current business and anything he does in the future. I found Billy in a search for auto hauling. He couldn't come over on a busy Saturday but I called him again on a hot Sunday and we made arrangements to pick up the totaled car in Bellevue from Starbuck's towing. Billy went ABOVE and BEYOND anything I could have hoped for. After a horrible experience with L.J. at Starbucks's towing in Bellevue. Billy patiently waited and got the totaled car up on his big rig. Because it was my late husband's car Billy removed whatever he could for keepsakes, the Mercedes hood ornament and a few other things. Thankfully my high school son was fine and no other cars were involved. Billy drove me to my car as it had a flat tire, he inflated the tire so I could get to the next spot. This review is from June of 2016. I contacted Billy to have a car towed. He was incredibly nice and provided me all the info I needed to give him (for free, we weren't looking to make money) our vehicle. We both agreed that I would call him the following Tuesday and he would come by after 7 when rush hour died. I called him on Tuesday and he did not remember our conversation at all, which was no big deal. I started to try and refresh his memory when he cut me off. He was irritated and not kind at all. He was chewing me out because I "waited" several days to call him back. I tried explaining the situation again and he cut me off. This time he was raising his voice to talk over me. I told him I was a little frustrated that HE was the one that told me to wait until Tuesday, however he started yelling at me again, this time telling me he didn't have any room for another car. So I told him nevermind and hung up. Had our exchanges ended there I wouldn't be writing this review, but he decided to take it one step too far. He texted me after I had hung up. "I never know how many cars I'm going to get in a day I wake up sometimes I get one or two some days I get 11 you have to understand that it's out of my control and with 50 to 60 phone calls a day I don't know what you expected me to do" I was pretty clear I was looking to get rid of a car and he was the one that agreed to me calling him on Tuesday and he'd pick up the car. I asked him to let it go and leave me alone, but of course he didn't. I received 2 more texts from him that day after I asked him to leave me alone. Like I said above, I wouldn't have felt compelled to write this if he had just left it be once I hung up the phone. If he hadn't been so aggressive (verbally) and had just let us move on. Clearly Billy is swamped and can't handle all the things that it takes to run his business alone. I wouldn't suggest him to anyone based on this experience. read more

I would give a zero star if I could but have no choice but to put a one star for a review. I called Billy's today to inquire about having a car towed from my home. I had a few questions in regards to a title I had misplaced. I had given the car to my daughter, in order to give her title went to DMV to sign a release of interest and filed a loss title affidavit. I gave this paperwork to my daughter to take to DMV so She could put title into her name. She now has misplaced the paperwork I notarized, and the car is no longer running or worth us fixing. I needed to know how I would be able to sell the car to Billy's as my daughter lives at home and we both have our ID, would this be enough? He would not let me speak " only yes or no answers" when this situation calls for a little more explaining and history than that. I understand he is busy and thinks that yes or no questions are more effective in cutting time but this actually wasted time as he was screaming and yelling and repeating himself when I could have been able to give him all the info he needed in a few sentences. I have never in my life been screamed at, demeaned, and told not to speak other than saying yes or no. If you're looking for abusive and toxic treatment by a business, Go ahead and give them a call. Otherwise, I strongly discourage anyone give this company their business. Outrageous, and appalling behavior. When did people lose their sense of kindness grace and patience with one another? When I called Billy, he answers in less than 4 rings and committed to less than 24 hour service (ultimately he swung bay same day!) The man is an honest businessman, pays a fair buy price for this type of service and had all documents ready to show he is legit. After the service, Billy also texted to remind me to report the car sold and said that if I wanted, he would mail my old custom plates if I wanted. Over the past couple of years we've had a couple of cars hauled away by Billy. A busy guy with one truck but he really goes the extra mile to "git 'er done" as fast as possible. I called and while he was very nice on the phone he was not in action. after making a agreement on price and pick up he asked new to text him with the address. After I did he then text back that tomorrow would be better for him so I tried the next day with no response, I tried two days later several times with no response. This guy is so RUDE. Called today about selling my car and he did not even pick up his phone to answer. I tried 3 times, and the third time he finally picked up and didn't even have time for me to say ANYTHING. He told me RUDELY that he gets a hundred calls a day and will not put up with anyone that calls him more than once. He then told me to go and find someone else who will take my car because he won't put up with multiple calls. He quickly hung up before I could even put in a word. This guy clearly does not mean business. All car companies are busy, but if you can't handle it and can't even answer a call, then you should probably find another job. Thanks for nothing.
