I purchased a condo in Manila and ordered my products from this company three months in advance. I…read morestipulated on the order that they needed to be delivered on Dec 11 2024 or they should cancel the order. On delivery day they only had 4 of the 16 products I ordered and told me that I could not cancel or get a refund. They told me the items were not in stock but if I cancelled I would have to pay a restock fee, that was a confusing theory. Over the next couple months they delivered one or two products occasionally and also delivered multiple excuses. I had many arguments with company admin about this order but they were not very interested in making things right for me. Apparently it is some type of honor or privilege to buy from Furniture Manila and I should just be happy I am getting any of my order and just accept their gross incompetence. After three months I had to go back to the US and still not received the entire order. I was given a credit voucher and a 10% discount on next purchase. Back to Manila in Dec 2025 and had to purchase products that I really did not need just to use up the credit. The only thing I can say positive about this company is that I am now done with them. In 64 years of life, this is by far the worst business transaction I have ever had and feel that Furniture Manila showed me no respect and does not even understand the customer service concept. All the products that Furniture Manila could not deliver I purchase from other companies and the transaction was complete in a few days. This company gets a zero from me.

See photos attached. Dominique Dining Set Price: 30,999 Quality: 2/5 Not the same as advertised. Look at the pictures for comparison. Sa website nila, may pa-braid design sa edges. In reality, wala. Communication-wise Rating: 0/5 This was the deal breaker for me. Working ako abroad so magka-iba timezone. I communicated that with them una pa lang na ang nanay ko makakakuha ng items ko. When my mom was asking for updates re the orders, sabi ba naman nila, "Hindi kami makakapagbigay ng update sayo dahil hindi ikaw ang buyer." Buti sana kung nag rereply sila sa email or Viber within their hours. Pero wala. Very disappointing. Nagbasa ako ng review comments sa Yelp about sa kanila, and 6 years ago ito rin yung issue ng ibang buyers. Like hello, 6 years ganito pa rin quality ng service niyo... That says a lot. Overall rating: 0/5 I regretted ordering from them. Mahal pero hindi maganda kalidad ng mga furniture. Stick to Mandaue Foam talaga. At least doon talagang subok na yung materyales na ginagamit. May sofa kami there 10 years na. Gusto ko lang talaga itry itong Furniture MNL. Sayang.

Was reading the reviews on here and it seems like nothing has changed; terrible customer service…read moreand a general disregard for giving the customer a good experience. I bought two items from the store, as I was in desperate need of a table in the condo I just moved into. I have bought from them a few times before, and so far I have not encountered anything worth ranting about in terms of items and customer service. However, it is safe to say that this terrible experience is one for the books. I had paid what the website charged me, and trusted that the configuration of their site was in working order. However, a day after, I received a text message that introduced themselves to me as Furniture Source Philippines that I had underpaid, and that they would not release my items to me until I paid the correct price. This was the first red flag for me. While I did not mind having to pay the delivery fee, it was the manner that they were speaking to me that I did not like. I was being made to feel like I was an irresponsible customer, when it was their website that made the mistake. When I inquired about why I was being charged more than I had already paid based on the specifications given to me by their website, I was met with no response. I then sent a message to their Viber number essentially outlining that I was not going to pay for something in which I did not understand why I was being charged extra (as is my right as a customer who paid the total in full). I was met with someone who told me that I just had to pay the extra fee or else they would not release my items to me, and that I must pay it immediately to ensure that I am able to meet the cutoff for processing orders. Second red flag. I then got pretty upset (as I am sure is understandable) and outlined how disappointed I was at the customer service I was receiving. Not a single apology from whoever was responding to my messages. They just continued to say that I would not get my items unless I paid the remaining fee -- once again I was being made out to be an irresponsible customer when it was their website that undercharged me. Third red flag. Giving up, I just paid the fee as I was desperate to receive my items ASAP. Compared to their blatant ignoring of my messages that had to do with customer comments, they responded immediately. Fourth red flag (as it indicated that they did not care about the customer at all). When I asked for a possible delivery date from them, I was ignored. One week later, I receive a text from them telling me that my delivery date was set for December 11, and that I had to respond by 3:00 p.m. that same day for them to push through with delivery. Despite me having paid in full, and was even inconvenienced into paying an extra fee, they could not even bring themselves to ask the customer if the date was alright with me! I then received a Viber message from whoever was manning that number as well, essentially telling me that the delivery team was trying to call me and I was ignoring them, and that if I did not give them a response, they will cancel my delivery and the process will restart and that I just had to deal with the consequences of not answering their calls and messages. Once again, they expect you to be at their every beck and call. Upon checking my phone's logs, I saw that they had texted and called me at around 1:30 p.m., and I had given them a response at 1:45 p.m.. They ignore you for days on end, and yet expect you to give them a response within mere minutes of them sending texts and calling you, when they do not even give you an option with the delivery date and time. Fifth red flag. There was zero service recovery done throughout this entire transaction. Whoever responds via Viber is also very demanding and arrogant when responding to customer complaints and queries. Do not buy from them. They do not care about the customer at all. Get your furniture from IKEA or SM instead. Even Landmark has better service than this company.

Be it in the bedroom or a personal studio, there exists an urgency to create and maximize a space where you can constantly engage in productive work. Make Room meets this need by providing containers and organizers of every shape and size. They have everything, and I mean EVERYTHING. Pillows, baskets, bath supplies, hangers, vanity organizers, make-up containers, flat sheets, eyeglass holders, shower curtains, towels and bath bins, standing containers for toothbrush and shampoos. Even salt and pepper shakers to organize your spices. Personally, I find their shower caddy very useful because I keep a lot of bath products in my shower. Consider Make Room a local, cheaper, and more focused alternative to Muji, the Japanese chain from next door that also sells organizers. If I need to move someplace, as long as there's a Make Room store close by, I think I'm all set.

Their products are of varying brands but they have one thing in common: they're high quality. Stunning shop that I will surely patronize time and again as the need (or want) arises.

The place is this chaotic maze of stalls bursting with everything--gorgeous ceramic plates in patterns you won't find in malls, stacks of mason jars for peanuts (grabbed a bunch at like ₱40 each), quirky little gnomes, funky lighting, and even those trendy gold-rimmed teacups that make instant coffee feel fancy. Prices are stupidly low, so my ₱800 budget turned into three full bags of treasures I didn't even know I needed. Haggling was half the fun--smiled, asked nicely, and knocked off a good chunk every time. Yeah, it's hot, a bit crowded, and smells like the wet market next door, but that's part of the charm. Left feeling like I scored big and already planning my next trip for Christmas lights. Absolute treasure hunt heaven. 5 stars, no contest.

Situated along Dapitan St. and Kanlaon St., the arcade is a collection of small stalls and kiosks that sells glassware, murals, ceramic plates, lighting fixtures, decorations, and a multitude of home furnishings at very affordable prices. There are some stuff here that will make you say, "hmm.. I don't really need this thing but it's cute and inexpensive, might as well get it." By the time you leave, you'll have two hands worth of shopping bags. I frequent Dapitan Arcade whenever I need ceramic and wood plates, mason jars and other glasses, and other things that I might need for my cooking and plating. They have a lot of plate designs that are not available elsewhere. When I use them for plating my dishes, it makesmy food feel more sosyal, meaning I can charge more haha. The very trendy mason jars are available here. The normal size ones go for around P50.00. They sell per piece and by bulk. The latter will always get you an ever better price. As early as September, the arcade takes on a more festive look because they start selling Christmas decorations and lights. You want to have a miniature Santa Clause swinging from a light post? Or a robotic St. Nick jiggling his merry booty to some Christmas tunes? Well, they got 'em. And a whole lot of other fun stuff too! When you visit, make sure to bring your "kapal" face so you can ask for discounts. Take away: unusual finds and good deals. Your P1000 pesos will go a long way here!

First, they publish the registered couples on a list displayed near the store entrance so you'll know ahead of time if they are registered here. It makes gift giving (and receiving so much easier). Second, they offer free gift wrapping of items in the registry. Third, it's easier to eliminate the stress of duplicate gifts since their registry shows up in the system of all branches. They did make a mistake with my registry and I received two of the same item when I requested to limit the quantity for this particular item to just one. They were quick to correct it though and offered a replacement of any item with the same or lesser value. Finally, if the gift giver is unable to get the item on the day of the purchase, they newlyweds can opt to pick these up from one of the branches or even get the gifts delivered to their home for free. What I have seen are stores selling clothing - mostly overruns or surpluses of major brands, stores selling shoes, stores selling appliances, and stores selling miscellaneous items like mason jars and the like.
