Was told yes, but need to be there before 6pm and the range was closing at 630p (even though their website says 7pm). Drive 40 minutes and arrived at 550p. Clown at the desk, Conner, denied letting us shoot bc, and I quote, "I have too much to do before we close and I have to sweep up the brass." Told him we drove 40 minutes to get here after calling to confirm. He couldn't care less, didn't issue any sort of apology and walked away. Asked to speak to the manager. Some complete slob named Owen walks out and also couldn't care less. Typical gun store attitude. Stay away from this place and these clowns. I passed by staff and one walked past me. One staff member was low key staring when we exited the store. Idk, we didn't feel welcomed, didn't wanna shop there. Went around the corner and found a similar shop with much better service! Some will say it's ridiculous to not want to shop because we're not being greeted, however, being acknowledged feels like the minimum. Say shoplifting is an issue since it's right off the street, in my years of retail we were advised to give extra service to those we suspect - ask open ended questions, offer a basket, make small conversation and help them at the register. If you were wrong, the customer got good service and will recommend to others. If you were right, you detered theft. Seems simple enough! The men behind…read morethe counter were very respectful and knowledgeable, and when I explained what I wanted done I was pleased to find the shop had a somewhat rare proprietary tool made for Heckler and Koch handguns to get the job done right. They took the time to research the specific dimensions of the product I wanted installed, consulted me on what changes I could expect from the firearm when it was complete, and got it done. It was a friendly and secure environment and to my knowledge the staff and owners are all veterans with years of experience with firearms. Can not recommend stopping by enough, check out what they got and see if they can get you that next gun or get some work done to your last firearm.
