Frog's drivers cracked my driveway out of negligence and refused to take accountability due to their damage waiver. Yes, small chips or scratches on the driveway are understandable, but their drivers negligently dropped the container off the tow hook and it came crashing down on my driveway causing several cracks. The dispatcher originally said their drivers found no damage which was a lie. Upon following up with their office with pics, they did give me the dumpster rental for free but said they would not pay for repairs. We've used Frog many times but will never use them again due to their lack of accountability and workers that don't appear to know what they're doing. read more

I used Frog Hauling about 8 times 2021 - 2022. Most times were OK, but this last time was terrible. They wouldn't put the dumpster where I needed it, claiming the truck wouldn't fit. Despite them putting it there 3 times previously. Cost me 1/2 day extra labor for 2 people to haul trash extra 100 yards. Told them I needed dumpster for just 24 hours. They said OK. Then showed up after 22 hours. I told them I needed the remaining 2 hours, they charged me an additional $75 and didn't come back for 5 days. read more

I spoke to a Frog Hauling representative after filling out their online form. I specifically asked for the smallest dumpster and we discussed it fitting on the street. He said they sent the 10-yard dumpster because that is what we discussed and then lied to me again by telling me he just listened to the phone recording. I ordered a frog dumpster and was told it would be delivered this morning. I hired a demo crew accordingly and the dumpster is not present. I called and was told, "I don't know why someone would tell you that. It should be there around 1 or 2." I assure you I wouldn't have hired a crew unless I was promised an early morning delivery. Worst service of any Dumpster company I have experienced in Columbus. My customer ordered a dumpster from the this past Friday, it was to be here early today, Monday. The dispatcher was very rude when my customer called to see when the dumpster would arrive. All day she called, and was told it was coming. It never arrived. I didn't actually rent a dumpster, our neighbor did. In the delivery of the dumpster, the driver, by accident hit our basketball hoop on our tree lawn. I called the company and talked to the owner Pat Reed who was more than nice, apologetic and professional. He actually bought us a new basketball hoop!!!
