Recently HVAC fan gone bad, though system is under warranty still they charged couple of hundred dollars to pay back 50% after a month after claim from manufacturer. I had to chase him to get my refund which was so difficult to get back. He made so many excuses to delay the refund and won't even respond many times. He installed and industrial sized AC and heating unit on my roof inappropriately and now I have roofing damage which I'm asking him to come make the correction and he will not respond. If you are looking for installation on your roof, stay away from this company because they do not keep their promise. In the videos, you can see that they dropped it directly on my roof and now it's starting to leak. I would never hire this company again and you should be careful. I see that he is reading my text messages but not responding so that means he doesn't want to come and finish what he messed up. Disappointing.

Bogdan, knowing that I had just bought my first house and am interested in the AC's maintenance, went ahead and did an inspection of the outdoor unit. He recognized that the refrigerant was low, and came back another day to refill it. This was a nice gesture and shows that Top Comfort cares, they're not there to make a quick buck, they're there to make sure the job is done well and to your satisfaction. He also explained our unit needed to be moved out from under our deck where it would receive more airflow. No other company explained this to us. I am a property manager and Tulio from Inka HVAC has helped me out of several jams. When other…read morecompanies tell me the only way is to replace the entire system for many thousands of dollars, Leo will find a way to repair the system and save a ton of money if at all possible. I highly recommend. Most recently, my unit outside was completely frozen with ice and I had HVAC insurance who made an appointment with another company. They came out and told me there is a leak in the coil and he quoted me almost $5000 to replace the complete system. He said it could not be repaired. The insurance does not cover system replacements so I decided to get a second opinion from a contractor of my own choosing, Inka HVAC. Tulio came out and identified a puncture in the outside condenser coil which was caused by the ice. He said I could get the condenser coil replaced for a fraction of the cost of a new system but he was confident he could actually repair it! He fixed the puncture and leak and the system works great now. I have attached pictures. If I had trusted the other company that the insurance company had sent, I would have wasted $5000 replacing a system that is only 6 years old. I highly recommend Tulio from Inka HVAC.

Our AC stopped working and luckily we have appliance insurance, so we received this company / individual from our insurance company. He was rude when he first showed up and claimed he couldn't do re repairs until the morning when there was light out! He showed up an hour late the next day, spent a couple minutes at our place, and said the unit was fixed. 30 hours later the unit won't hear up past 76 degrees and there is a loud clicking noise now with our unit. Called the insurance company (old republic who is fantastic!!!) and they ordered a recall and gave me his contact info. Call an hour or so after recall ordered and he said he couldn't come back out for about 2 days and would call later with a time. Keep in mind the diligent insurance company deemed he didn't fix the problem. He never called so I called 10 hours later to find out an update. He was rude upon answering the phone, said it was too late .... Even though he answered, and then hung up. I called old republic, they were super apologetic, and issued me a new provider at no cost. They are investigating this sham of a company. NEVER USE!!! It's the worst, most elementary, and rudest service you'll ever receive .... If you receive any. horrible company!

Ben's came out immediately, ordered a new system, and installed quickly. Good advice on new system, saves tremendously on electricity bill. Had a new faucet installed from Home Depot (HD) two weeks ago. Returned from trip to leaky pipes, and instead of water running from faucet, it waterfalls beneath sink. Contacted HD to address issue, said company contracted (LiveGreen Plumbing, LGP) do not provide emergency or weekend service, even in case of emergency. LGP was supposed to call 7:30 am today. Did not call by 8:30 am. Recontacted Mgr at HD (Joe), said would contact LGP and call back. No call. Contacted Ben's to see if they provided Plumbing--YEAH--what luck. Had technician out in no time, diagnosed problem, fixed, and was on their way. Paid only low service. Dealt with HD. Ben's is a honest company, which is RARE in the home service industry.

A couple of times the technicians come out and check and tell the same LIE! My parents have had to deal with countless 90+ degree weather this season and this is beyond ridiculous.
