I was never told by letter or email, and that was never ever shared with me. In case you didn't know what a lien was: "A legal right to possess another's property until a debt is repaid or an obligation is met." So in other words, the bank thought that someone co-owned my property. Now why would this be required for such a small loan that is in good standing (paying on-time monthly)? I had a larger loan with another company for my windows/doors yet they DID NOT feel the need to place a lien on my property. This place is untrustworthy, and sneaky, and I WILL NOT be doing business with them again. I do not recommend them as a company. I suggest you seek other options or at the very minimum demand another Financing Company.

They also check for any leaks as a courtesy. It's hard to find a good team like this in NoVA. I had to chase him to get my refund which was so difficult to get back. He made so many excuses to delay the refund and won't even respond many times. I highly recommend. Most recently, my unit outside was completely frozen with ice and I had HVAC insurance who made an appointment with another company. They came out and told me there is a leak in the coil and he quoted me almost $5000 to replace the complete system. He said it could not be repaired. The insurance does not cover system replacements so I decided to get a second opinion from a contractor of my own choosing, Inka HVAC. Tulio came out and identified a puncture in the outside condenser coil which was caused by the ice. He said I could get the condenser coil replaced for a fraction of the cost of a new system but he was confident he could actually repair it! He fixed the puncture and leak and the system works great now. I have attached pictures. If I had trusted the other company that the insurance company had sent, I would have wasted $5000 replacing a system that is only 6 years old. I highly recommend Tulio from Inka HVAC.

We were told it was working but to give it 15 min for it to completely unlock. If we had any problems to give them a call. The air never turned on as the thermostat was displaying. We contacted them first thing the following day. They were supposed to return between 5-8pm that day to correct it. They did not come nor did they call & communicate they weren't coming. WECALLED THEM and they told us it would have to be the following day, same time. Again the following day no show. No call. WE CALLED AGAIN and they rescheduled to come the next day. Again no show, no call. This morning the outside temp got down to 30 degrees. We are without air or heat. 3 DAYS and they still did not correct the issue. They were called by our warranty provider this morning and they promised to contact us within that hour. We have passed that hour and no call. We have never been treated so unprofessionally by a service company EVER. This is beyond unacceptable. It completely contradicts what their About statement online claims- "It is G&G Service Group's goal to uphold an unmatched standard of customer satisfaction.
