Then it took them four months to send an invoice this year I have called multiple times and left messages via their website and after a month I've yet to receive a response. I even asked them to at least let me know if they're still providing the service...no response. Finally found another source. This business accepts reviews on Facebook, but haven't seen them listed anywhere else, so I decided to submit a review. They shouldn't even advertise if all they can handle are existing customers. Wasted my time, and I find that quite annoying and disrespectful.

Buyer Be Ware!!!! Joey Parker is not an honest man! Last year he and his crew were hired to grade…read moreand install sod in our front and back yard. The back yard is fine, only because we hired another company to do the grading. However, we allowed Joey and his crew to grade and install in the front yard. The sod arrived the same day the grading took place and it was a hot day. In order to get the sod down before it burned, Joey rushed the grading. There are so many dips, hills and holes. Its very difficult to walk on the grass and cut the grass because the mower bounces all over the place. You can easily break a leg if running. So my grandkids can't even run and play on it because its dangerous. We also had a dry creek removed by them. Instead of taking the rocks away, which we asked and paid for, they placed some of the rocks under the sod. He said that's common in order to level the sod. Imagine walking on rocks, holes, hills, etc., in your front yard. He, himself stated that it wasn't done properly and told us he would correct it and it would be smooth as butter when he finished. Promise after promise. To date, he has never returned, and stopped responding to our phone calls or text messages. We requested a partial refund so we can correct it. No response! Looks like we will see him in court! He claimed to support veterans. Buyer Be Ware!!.
