They paved my driveway about 2 weeks ago, gave me a price upfront and waited for me to call when I was ready. I felt as I knew the whole crew while they were at my home doing their work. JBS paving came out in April and paved our driveway and the contract included a concrete pad. They…read moreused a subcontractor who did an awful job but JBS won't take responsibility for the work and insists they are too busy on other jobs to even come look at it. The concrete pad is visibly unlevel and not long enough. They left the forms around it and rebar still in place. There is a pile of concrete next to the pad that still has their boot prints in it. We have contacted them multiple times over the last few months with no resolution although they happily took the money we paid.

The job was done late on a day that heavy rain was predicted. It did in fact pour rain that night. The next morning, I couldn't tell a lot because how wet it was outside. BEWARE. The estimate for our driveway said, "compacting with steamroller for durability." The…read morepicture shows the 'durability' ... and when the job was finished in October, they told us it would take a few days for it to settle. We waited, but it never did. The gravel continued come off just by walking on it. We contacted him on November 21, December 1, and December 3. Each time he said he would come on a specific day to take a look. Never showed up, never let us know he wouldn't be coming. On December 13 we sent him a video of the condition of the driveway. He said he would get back with us in January. Today is February 14 and no communication with us. Would give a zero star if it were available.

We also had him "seal" the driveway to make it more durable. Numerous attempts made to discuss, evaluate and correct have been made and am now being AVOIDED. This is FRAUD, and it appears that I am not the only one.
