They never answered our questions and they NEVER returned a calls. My brother had a small insurance policy. They showed up at the hospital when family wasn't there. My brother couldn't even talk and they got him to make them the beneficiary. We had a simple cremation and they took $3500 of insurance money. That is more than double what they stated it would be.
