They are currently holding my watch hostage for $500.00 after another attempt to fix what they screwed up. Shame on this business for taking advantage of an innocent customer looking for a decent repair. I'm taking them to small claims because of the damage they caused in the first place. They forced in the wrong size battery causing damage to this watch and have the Gaul to want to charge me to fix what they broke. I wouldn't go here or recommend anyone to go here for anything due to their poor customer service, terrible treatment, and lack of knowledge on how to fix a beautiful watch or any jewelry for that matter. You can find the most unusual but unique stuff. I recommend going in to check it out for sure. Story time: I got my nose pierced here for $5 back in 2011 as teenager and went back in 2021 as an adult for another nose piercing and there Dan was again still there 10 years later! Surprised that they stilled offered the $5 nose piercing, of course I did it! Dan does the nose piercing with an ear piercing gun (it's probably not the safest or the most sterile like a tattoo shop, so I don't recommend unless you're crazy like me lmao!) but hey what a story to share the same man pierced both sides of my nose 10 years apart in the same shop that I've known since I was a kid lol. I still have both my nose piercings from him & I never had any issues with healing or anything btw.

The sales lead (Sonya Hernandez) brought my watch in to the watch smith for adjustment, and he paused what he was working on to complete the task. Sonya also steam cleaned the watch, which was nice, as it had some schmutz on the wristband. (a little dried waffle batter) I expected a modest wait time, and had my Kindle out. To top it off, I also fully expected a modest bill, but these actions were performed free of charge! All in all, 10/10 for excellent service. I have no complaints. Oh, and there was no transphobia! I experienced professional and friendly service, and if I ever need work done on the watch, I will certainly go there again.

They said no, cause a diamond could fall out. So I went to Morgan's Jewelry located in the Magic Valley Mall. The jeweler inspected the ring and said everything looked great except for a bent prong, but the diamonds were secure. He cleaned my ring no problem.
