After not receiving the requested policy documents by April 2026, I followed up and explained I have informed delivery with USPS and that I check my physical mailbox daily. I explained that I never received the copies of the documents I requested so I requested they send them with tracking. Kelly, from Jim's office, politely refused to provide any assistance beyond submitting the request again. If an agent cannot produce your actual policy, how exactly is that agent expected to compare coverages or policy details to ensure you are properly insured? I would strongly recommend finding any other agent.

This Allstate agency has out right stolen money from me. I bought a policy from them, BUT then I…read morecouldn't get binder cards from them since it was rejected by Allstate. I was told four times that my money would be refunded. It never has been. I have called there four times in the last two months, first speaking with a women named Jackie, who has hung up on me three of the four times LOL. I have also talked with Toby Steinmetz, the owner, several times as well. Each time he has told me that he would take care of the billing problem. He never has. But now, in this last time that I talked to him. He wants me to prove that I have other insurance LOL. Toby Is directly responsible for stealing 1150.00 from my credit card. I look forward to seeing him in court. And I have a feeling that a Judge is gonna believe that most people don't buy two insurance policies on their old Ford Taurus on purpose. At least that's what the lawyer that I hired is telling me. Run from Allstate Insurance - Toby Steinmetz in Brooklyn Park!
