I took my wedding dress to be hemmed and shoulder straps taken in. It was 2pm on a a Wednesday and there were so many people in there. I changed into my dress and she asked me to walk up in the platform. She started cutting the bottom of my dress even though I tried to explain to her what the dress maker told me about the hem since it was a delicate fabric. She argued and explained why she was doing it this way. She seemed too busy and annoyed at my questions. She took up and pinned the shoulder gave me my ticket and sent me on my way saying it'll be done in a week. I came back a week and a half later. The hem was sloppily stitched and uneven where you could see the inner fabric from the back. The shoulder straps weren't done so she asked me to come back in 30 minutes. When I came back the shoulder straps were folded over and sewn that way. The fabric is see through so you can tell the straps are folded over. I just paid and left. I was very upset they ruined my dress. That store reminds me of being stationed at Osan. Never again.
