We arrive a GOOD 45 minutes BEFORE closing, and the PROM QUEEN wants to run us out 5 minutes BEFORE gate close, and says that WE HAVE TO LEAVE before we finish unloading the truck, with ONLY 15 boxes left, BECAUSE " You aren't paying my overtime, so you have to leave"...ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME?...with my 12 years in the self storage industry, I was MORTIFIED at the AUDACITY of this clerk, and OBVIOUSLY the business mantra that accompanies with that affiliated policy. The place CLOSES at 4 pm, and I did NOT see ANYONE patrolling grounds, nor ANY visible security cameras. I was INCREDULOUS at the GALL , rushing us out, after we had to do THEIR job, of cleaning a unit THAT STILL HAD DIRT OUTLINES where previous tenants items had been. They admitted that they messed up and offered no incentive to keep a customer.
