I submitted a claim to them on time with photographs documenting the exact damages. I assumed that this was a reputable company because they are moving the men and women who have volunteered to protect the country. I was sadly mistaken and unfortunately I have to eat the cost of damaged belongings on top of my wife having to quit her job to move with me. The company makes plenty of money from the government contract they have to move service members and their family. My claim was for less then $2,000and they offered me $140. This company has put me in a financial burden and will likely do the same to you. Don't use them to move your family. There are better companies out there!!!

There was a disconnect between my actual location and where my insurance company told them my vehicle was. When the issue was corrected the service was delayed/cancelled because of safety concerns. All of this was okay and understandable until the dispatch lady called me back. She yelled at me because I "killed the PO". She was extremely unprofessional and rude. When I was given a chance to talk she hung up. Luckily my insurance company partnered with Pro Tow after learning of Inyo County Towing's poor customer service. Not only was Nick a pleasure to deal with, he was able to retrieve my vehicle in a timely manner without issue.

Less than a half hour later we found that the mirror is $40 to $50 new. I went back to show him and talk to him. The owner was acting full of bs and completely overbearing. He wouldn't listen to anything I was saying, and was telling me the sites I was showing him were lying and were not truly made in America. He then interrupted me and said that his 'American steel' part was worth $70 to $80 in that condition and he would sell it for more than 50. PS - the part isn't even steel and was broken.

I had a dryer that was only blowing room temperature air, they gave me a refund for the cost and were very helpful. The machines are not so new but most of them are working. The facility is clean and kept up. The parking lot is pretty small and so are the parking spaces so if you're driving an RV or super duty truck you might want to try parking on the side of the road. They don't use coins so you must purchase a card for $5 and add money to it. They will however give you your $5 back upon returning the card which is nice. The prices for using the machines are average also. all in all its a nice small town laundry mat that I will return to when I'm back in the area.
