I like the fact that he called to tell me he was on his way and the time it would take to get to my house. This was important because a friend offered to drive from a great distance to sit with me until a locksmith arrived but with a short ETA, it wasn't necessary (saved my friend time and gas). Russel was friendly and worked quickly on that rainy evening to replace the lock on my security door. Unfortunately, because the lock was a deadbolt he had to drill through the key hole to remove the entire unit. Although a bit expensive, I'm very happy with the quality of service received from Jefferson Locksmith from the time I placed my call up until the end of the service call and I highly recommend them. If you lose your keys and live near or in the West Philadelphia area, ask for Russel. Thank you.

I needed my locks changed and they showed up on short notice and were very accomodating, understanding of my needs, and competent. The cost was appropriate and in line with competition for what they provided. Based on other reviews, I would guess that the management or personnel have changed since those were written.
