Our church group of 20 traveled on Shuttle Bus #61 with A&A Limousine. The driver has been pleasant and professional throughout this experience, but unfortunately the condition of the bus has been unacceptable. From the start, the ride was extremely rough due to what felt like worn-out shocks, especially in the back of the bus where the shaking was constant. About 20 minutes before arriving at our destination--over 4 hours from home--the air conditioning unit failed completely. Despite being told it would be okay for the return trip, we spent more than 4 hours traveling in intense heat with temperatures around 86 degrees, direct sunlight streaming through the windows, and no shades to provide relief. The ride was so rough that several bumps on the return trip were jarring enough to leave many of us sore and uncomfortable. To make matters worse, after enduring the entire trip in these conditions, the bus has now broken down on the side of Interstate 78 with 20 passengers onboard, only 40 minutes from home. Mechanical issues can happen, but the combination of a rough-riding bus, failed air conditioning, and now a roadside breakdown suggests this vehicle should not have been used for a long-distance charter. While I appreciate the driver's professionalism, the equipment provided fell far below expectations for a paid transportation service. read more

Outstanding from the get go. Friendly customer service with setting up the trip to NYC. Friendly and patient as I called back at least 3 times to ask questions / modify reservation, and they were very helpful with suggestions. Contact from driver day before added peace of mind, and indeed here was at the house early for the pick up. Despite horrendous weather, a needed pit stop and a lot of traffic the driver got us to the destination in time for our reservation, never making us feel unsafe while he navigated the conditions. (I would never want his job of driving a stretch limo in NYC traffic!!) Pick up after the show (again despite typical dense NYC traffic) was smooth and a nice quiet ride home. Driver professional, courteous and most importantly a good driver! I will (and am) using them again. Outstanding!! read more

I called and spoke to TRACY about a car transport from my address to LVIA . She informed me to phone back 4 days before to schedule the transport and so I noted the conversation in my calendar. 4 days ahead, I phoned the number from my call history A&A LIMO, yes, I remember who I called and the snarky biaotch who answered the phone tells me "You must have the wrong place because we charge "$144 plus tip and tax!" I asked if Tracy was there she mentioned she was due in at 1:30 pm. I couldn't visit that day. So stopped by yesterday and the snarky loudmouth who answered the phone shouts, "Me? I didn't get rude!Not me!!" Then the piquant in the corner pipes up, "F%^& You!" GET OUT, Get off my property or I'll call the police." He kept disparaging me and I left promising to give him a JUST REVIEW!!! BEWARE consumers! We had an amazing experience with this car service. Needed round trip to the Philly airport. Darren and Karol were our drivers-utmost professionals. They contacted me the day before with plans for pick up. Arrived early and were in constant contact. Car was impeccably clean (and pretty fancy). They had a cooler with water. My aunt reserved an SUV months before a trip to take my family (2 adults and two children with car seats) to the Philly airport (along with reservations to take us all back to Bethlehem upon arriving back). Our aunt texted the driver she had requested the day before our trip and plans were confirmed. Well at 5:00 AM the day of our trip, no one came nor called. My husband called a contact number and was given some excuse of drivers being rerouted, etc. We cancelled our reservation back and ended up driving ourselves to the airport. If I could give this company zero stars I would. This is the most unprofessional service I have ever encountered. We rented the party bus and from the beginning of the trip, the driver was rude. He didnt know how to get to the location and ended up driving through the back roads to the venue when it was directly accessible by highways. This took over an hour and half extra to get there. Despite our frustration, we remained calm and politely asked them he recheck the route. He was so angry that he then refused to talk with us, called his boss, and asked us to walk the remaining way!!!! Unbelievable especially since he made us so late to our own wedding. If we had actually got out the Limo, he would have driven away and left us in an unknown area to fend for ourselves. The worst part of this is that owner of the company told us to do this. I was appalled at the unprofessional and despicable treatment I received from A and A limo service. I called the office from the limo to express my disappointment and frustration that we were running close to an hour late for my daughter's wedding, as a result of poor route planning, or lack there of, by the driver. We were 11 people on the limo bus including the bridesmaids and bride. The driver was instructed by his boss to pull off the road and demand that we get off the limo. When I called back and spoke to the boss/owner he told me to SHUT UP numerous times at the top of his lungs. Would you use this company??? I never will again. read more

My daughter and I enjoyed our trip to the airport to pick up friends arriving from the U.K. Our driver was so good to us. He helped us find the right terminal in the airport and stood there scouting for our friends in the crowd with us. When they arrived he handled all the luggage in a flash. For my best friends wedding - the mother of the bride obtained this service to transport the bridal party to the wedding which was 1 hour and 10 minutes away. As we began driving we noticed the driver was going a very strange way. About an hour and a half into the ride ( where the bride was already late for her photographer) we questioned the driver on the way he was going. We looked on our GPS to see that we were still 40 minutes away! The mother of the bride called the company to question how they were driving and why they did not know where they were going in a very calm manner. The owner of the company preceeded to tell the mother to SHUT UP! He told her that she better shut up or we would all be walking over the bridge. He cursed and was absolutely horrific - never in my life have any of us seen such despicable customer service. As soon as they hung up the phone the driver pulled over and told us that we were not going ANYWHERE! They wanted us to get off the bus - this just made no sense. We did not do anything wrong - we were simply wondering why it was taking us double the time to get to the venue. Once pulled over - we had to have the bride and her sisters get out of the limo and get into a car with a friend who was driving because she was so late for her appointments. The owner of the company said he was going to press criminal charges and continued threatening the mother of the bride. We all watched in shock and dismay and thought we were having a trick played on us. The mother had already paid in full including tip and this company was absoultely disgusting. All the owner should have said was " we are so sorry that it is taking a long time to get there - we willl do our best to get you there." He did the opposite. He cursed and he threatened and he made the entire bridal party over an hour late and made us feel unsafe. Finally the driver continued and got the rest of us there - after over two hours of travel. This is the most unreliable, disgusting company with absolute audacity. I have used this company several times in the last year and other years but today I was trying to get a reservation for them to pick up my son on Jan 4. A certain person by the name of Dan was taking my information. When I was looking for the information that I needed in the same device that I am using talking, he blurted out that I should have all that information before I call. I said I could send this information by email and he said they don't take reservation my email. I seem to remember that they have a form that one fills out to get a reservation, but I thought to call them will be faster. The guy was rude and I told him so. I ask to talk to his manager, Cara and he said that she was not there because of the snow. This guy was very unprofessional. So the reservation was set up but as I hung up, I was getting furious with the way he dealt with me. So when I got a notification from my credit card that the fee was charged, I called A & A back to cancel my reservation. I called my credit card company to dispute the charge and it was reversed. A&A is losing my business and so I book J & J Limo service instead who were very much nicer in dealing with me. read more

These guys are a joke! All flights cancelled into Philly, JFK, and La Guardia. Called to cancel and let them know. They still charge my card $223.02. Spoke to Brian the manager who says they are in business to make money and they had a driver waiting who was monitoring flights, but the "online" flight status is not always current, really? My bad for trying someone new and not sticking to the company I usually use. Totally unprofessional and would never use or reccomend them. read more
