The only nice part was that they kept the same staff through the switch! Until recently! I went in to pay my bill this weekend for next month and it's entirely new staff and they have no idea what they are doing and they are rude to top it off. I will be moving my stuff out quickly! Avoid this place at all cost! There are plenty of other storage options in Woodland.

I told him one of my gutters came down and asked how long of a wait it would be, he said he was very busy but that he'd come out tomorrow and check it out, as well as get me a bid and a date for doing the work. Shortly after texting me that he was on his way the next morning (I was at work,) he texted again that the job was DONE and NO CHARGE. I just couldn't believe how prompt he was under the circumstances and then to give me his time and skills for free during a busy time was incredible customer service. You just don't see that anymore. Within a few hours my pump was working again. They reacted that fast for someone who is not a "regular customer". And they had to work with me so I could have my son meet them at our property. The lady in the office was very polite and easy to work with. I will definitely call them again if I ever need help with my well.
