Although the area he finished appeared satisfactory, one side of the house and half the driveway were left untouched and strewn with debris. Upon raising this issue, he argued about the scope and tried to upsell to complete the 4th side of the house and the other half of the driveway. I paid the full $250 bid and feel cheated. I'll know who not to call next time the wind blows... UPDATED: Reply to Business Owner Who requests cleanup on only three sides of the house, or only half the driveway? Nobody. Not sure where your head was at but finishing the job in fifteen minutes and receiving a handsome holiday tip would have made a lot more sense than arguing about it with the guy who's about to pay you. He even squeezed us in the next day after giving him the go ahead. The crew showed up at 0800 and finished at 2pm. Did a double walk around with a magnet sweeper to get any lsot metal staples from the old roof. They did a full flashing on each end of the barn, a layment under the shingles under the gutters for extra protection and used additional nails on the back side of the Barn more prone to wind. Am I happy? As happy as a pig in slop. Neil gave me a more than fare quote and the work was done beyond my satisfaction.
