Had to get my Jeep towed on short notice and A & A Towing showed up. They were quick and friendly. The man showed me where the steering wheel was no longer connected, which you could imagine was not easy for him to put on the tow bed without steering. He was inventive and got the Jeep up easily. I live about two blocks away from where my Volvo broke down on Eastern Parkway. So here I am looking for keys, putting on shoes etc and as I am walking to the pick up location the tow driver had already arrived and was waiting on me to bring the key. Everything about these gentlemen, from the initial call in to dispatch to how I was greeted by the driver, is extremely professional and efficient! I called to have my truck towed to my house but the driver went to my house first and not to the address where my truck was. So after waiting for an hour and a half I called joe back and was told that I gave bad information and the driver was now on his way to the correct address. After another hour I called joe back and was told he was on his way. He never showed. Thanks for the help joe. Could have been handled differently joe. Poor customer service. read more

My guy was friendly, arrived right when they said he would, was very helpful, and had the nicest dog. Only take cash, but was willing to drive me to an ATM if I didn't have it. Very knowledgeable. Friendly, fast and went above and beyond the call of duty. If I'd realized how great the driver was gonna be I would have taken out some extra cash for a tip! They gave me an ETA of about an hour, and the driver called about 10 minutes later to let me know he was 10 minutes away. the clutch was out in my car (a Saab) which needed to be IN GEAR to start it. PLUS the battery was dead PLUS the tire was flat PLUS it was in an off-street/behind house parking area down an alley that the truck was too big to travel. The driver worked it all out.
