He told me they would charge me $200 for this service. I contacted Joe's and was initially told I wasnt getting a refund. I argued and the guy told me he would ask his boss and have his boss text me. Later that evening I received a refund in the amount of $201. They kept $250 for talking and texting two people for a total of less than 20 minutes. This third party company will scam you. The 'Sub-Contractor' that showed up arrived in a timely fashion but he only had Gasoline and didn't have a tank for diesel. He murmured 'They know I only carry gasoline'. He called Reliable Roadside to let them know they needed to send someone else with diesel. He said they would and that they were on their way and apologized for the confusion. Over 30 minutes go by and I called my insurance company to find out THEY NEVER dispatched another delivery nor did they call my insurance provider for a follow up! So now I have to wait another 40 mins for another Vendor to show up. Just terrible service and extremely poor communication with this company.
