I brought in my car for brakes. It was making an awful screeching sound. Because of that, and being what I look like I felt vulnerable to be dealt with someone who was not honest and giving me a reasonable price for the repair. Luckily, I ran into their shop, got an estimate of the price even when they just closed the shop. Looked through the wheels from the ground without a full on inspection (which some places will cost you if you don't buy the repairs) and I brought the car in first thing in the morning next day. Brought my car in last week for a Brake and Lamp inspection needed by the DMV to get me my registration. I failed the inspection but was told come back in 14 days and if it passes second attempt I'll be charged 17.00. Well I had the issues fixed and went in today. I didn't have to wait, they went right to work checking everything that it failed for the first go. They were done in 10mins. Now I no longer have to drive dirty :D Lu is very knowledgeable and friendly as are the rest of the team, Highly recommend! EDIT: Another thing is I have air ride system, and even all the way lifted my car sits too low to clear their lift. They grabbed some 2X6 planks and got my car on the lift to do the inspection, ABOVE AND BEYOND what any other shop would probably do. read more

My hubby has been bringing his car here to Lou for quite some time now so they have a good rapport. When my Honda nearly killed me on the fwy the other day I decided it was time to bring it here at the recommendation of my hubby. I called the HONDA dealer just to see if they might cut me a break since I still had a powertrain warranty on it & it seemed rather faulty of it trying to shut off at 70mph, but of course not. So off to A & B it went. Lou ran the diagnostic on it and was told I needed a throttle sensor. He ordered the part ran the test again and discovered that a different part was needed for the throttle issue. So he told me that the part my car actually needed wud be cheaper. Went to go pick up my ride the very next day and it came out to be about $180 less from what he originally told me. WHOA!! Quick service, honesty & integrity, That is refreshing in this industry. A&B gave me a price for a brake and lamp inspection for my salvage vehicle that was less than half of other shops I spoke with. They do inspections on a first-come, first-served basis. The inspection was fast, but the vehicle didn't pass. A&B did the needed repairs quickly and inexpensively and I was on my way. read more

I've just bought a salvage vehicle my body shop referred me to this place. In order to register with the DMV I've needed break a lamp inspection. I drove to this place and It took about 20 minute to inspect PASS! the brake and lamp. Had been taking our Integrea here for oil changes for years. Location is great and they have a nice spacious lot for their business. The couple that own the place are very nice and honest people. Haven't needed to do much in terms of serious repairs (*knock on wood*), so we mostly have had experiences with just oil changes here. Very quick and efficient.... although I always make it a point to be there bright and early at 8am when they open so that i can be the first in/first out. =) read more

Great experience here. I was across the street getting tires and read the reviews on this place. It's an old fashioned mechanic shop run by the owners. I brought my Escape in for a water leak and Lu quickly diagnosed what the issue was. He then had his wife check on the parts, she told me what to go buy, and I brought the stuff back and they only charged labor to put it in. I checked with the Ford Dealership and they wanted 3 times for the parts, and 2 times for the labor. I will be be back. My only suggestion to anyone who goes in is to get the part number before going to the auto store. read more

This place has outstanding service. Its a bit busy, but there's a reason for that. I took my car in because of an irritating squeaking noise. Even though there seemed to be quite a lot of work that day, they spent the time to test drive my car and correctly diagnosed the problem as a loose wheel cover. Since the issue was quick to resolve, they didn't charge me. That's exceptional service, where other auto repair facilities might have done things differently. I've been taking my 97 Toyota pu to them for years, and a 2006 Civic that needed a new motor in the power windows, WAYYY cheaper than the dealer. I bought the part, Lu did the labor. I took my daughters 1997 Honda Accord when another rmechanic and the Honda dealer couldn't figure out the problem a few years ago, when the car would just shut down for no apparent reason, Lu figured it out on the spot. Now I have a 2017 Cruze just off some of the warranty and it will be going there. Can't say enough good things about them AND the most important is reasonably priced too. read more

I have been going here on and off for over 9 years. They are first and foremost professional a family owned business. They do top line efficient work. If my auto does not need something they tell me and send me off and tell me when to come back in. Their rates are comparable and not over charing for work done. They do not make promises on service that they can not deliver on and if they tell you car is ready they will not tell you to come in and auto not done, they tell you it is a 3 hour job or an all day job.
