When they finished up, I noticed that I only had two left. I asked them about it and they claimed that they used there own material. I looked at the sku numbers on the pieces that they used and it is a big coincidence that they drove 2 hours to Ranson and purchased it there. Good job but I recommend making sure that everything is nailed down. I have been in business surveying and never did anything like that.

That review tells what we units had installed, how well the staff handled our complex situation and how wonderful the heating and AC worked from the units. Since then, we had Sean out to do a yearly cleaning and maintenance on the units. As always, he took great care to make sure nothing in the rooms around the units was disturbed from the cleaning. When he was finished inside and out, it gave us peace of mind that we were starting a new winter clean and ready to crank up the heat. Last week we had Sean out to do a redo and longer installation of one of the pipes back to the main outside unit (a planned deck renovation coming up). It was a long job, under a small space, cold and under threat of rain. He was careful and methodical and after finishing the installation, topped up the Freon in the pipes, cleaned up the area spic and span, & made sure all the units were working perfectly before leaving many hours later. Sean is a joy to work with, never once complained, always has a smile, answers all our questions and we trust him implicitly. As to value for the money- our electric bill has gone down pretty dramatically for both summer and winter. Worth the price hands down. The Mini Splits worked flawlessly the first year and we expect with Mini Splits USA to help us, they will continue for many years to come.
