The guy who came barely even tried and had a nasty attitude.The didn't even unclog the pipe and was told they had to go further and they didn't listen.My brother was charged for a job incomplete and they wouldn't refund his money. Both times i had dug out the tank for easy access, second time it was 6ft deep underground. communication was good, and they were polite and asked before doing anything outside of what was expected. At the end of this service they also recommended improvements to make future service easier by installing a riser kit, without asking they gave a cost breakdown for that as well. no pushy forced sales pitch, just informing me of what is available to make my life easier next time.
