This is our second visit and I am ala ways impressed with the level of care. This place is amazing for kids. Even your strong willed toddler! The office is perfectly decorated with blocks while you wait. Which is 5 mins max! The staff is phenomenal and kind and competent! Most of them are bilingual which is a huge plus. ALL Of FHE ABOVE IS COMPLETE bullshit! They are the most incompetent office I have ever seen. They are rude, they speak Spanish around all English speaking patients! They leave on braces for 5 years, which was unnecessary! Due to Maternity leave! Assistants had no guidance! Should not be working without guidance from a true orthodontist. Filled cavitities, without removing braces and now are back, and will not do acquit repairs... NEVER TAKE YOUR CHILD HERE! I WILL GET THE LICENCE NUMBER, and report them to the dental board! And hope they can never treat a patient. As poorly as they do! read more

They might be fine for older kids but not good for younger kids. Once they tried to use a bite block and it fell apart and almost choked my son. Their assistants were nice and gentle and explained things but the dentists were more wham bam, and if your kid doesn't cooperate they don't take time or use developmentally appropriate ways to work them through it. The only thing I see that makes them a pediatric dentist is the prize at the end..... which by the way your kid won't get if they can't finish bc your kid is crying. read more

I can't say enough good things about this practice. Today I took my infant to have a frenectomy procedure done to remove his tongue tie. The entire staff is exceptional - from the front desk to the doctors. Dr. A performed the procedure and even gave me her personal phone number to contact her with any concerns. This is the best bedside manner I've ever received, and it makes the world of a difference for an apprehensive mom. There is no doubt that I will be returning when my son gets older for all his dentist appointments and will recommend this practice to everyone I know. read more

Started bad, got worse. After our first appointment they recommended teeth sealants for 6 and 7 teeth each for my 3 and 5 year old. After research I found they are not recommended for children this age and only molars for 6 years old an up. So, I'm guessing they sell a lot of unnecessary work. After telling them we didn't want the sealants my wife brought our 3 year old back to have a cavity done. They were unable to sedate him with the gas, so they didn't finish the work and charged us $75, which my wife paid. When I requested a refund I got the run around...they kept telling me they would ask the Dr. and call me back, but they never called me back and I had to keep calling them, the end result being they refused the refund. Take you business elsewhere. read more

My 10 yr old "special need's" son has been a patient since 2017. We had an appointment this a.m. during COVID-19 and everything was clean and safe.I felt completely comfortable bringing my son there.A&B Pediatric Dentistry is as high quality as you can get for a pediatric dental office. Dr B. & Dr A. are professional and extremely knowledgeable. Every hygienist my son has seen over the years has been patient with my son's special needs (Autism & Anxiety & Sensory Processing Disorder). I have had zero complaints over the past 3 years. Prior to finding this office I thought we'd have to live with impatient/sub par service like we had in previous dental offices we've visited because of my son's special needs but A & B Pediatric Dentistry provide the support, the extra encouragement/TLC & patience that he requires.You won't find any better! It is a weight off of my shoulders that my son's teeth are being taken care of by caring staff and dentists. The office is run smoothly without long waits. I just brought my 2.5 year old son here for his first time. He is a strong boy and very active, as most little boys are and I was nervous for how this appointment was going to go. As soon as we walked in there was an area for him to play and he got comfortable. The front desk staff was very friendly and the whole building is clean, modern and homey. The doctor explained how we would do a lap exam and we quickly got to work. He was done with the exam and cleaning within 10 minutes. I am amazed at how easy this was and how sweet the staff is. Great office and amazing staff!!!! I took all 3 of my boys ages 3,5 and 6 by myself. I was nervous how it would go but it went GREAT!!!!! Ashley, Andrea, Paola and Gan were sooooooo pactient and sweet with my boys. Dr Barba was also very patient and very kind. She was able to answer all my questions and made me feel super comfortable. My youngest didn't want to leave. My 5yr old was scared and they let me hold him on me for the entire visit. We were in and out in 45mins!!! read more

Took my son and they found "2 cavities" and said that there would be a charge of $150.00 for laughing gas and a mask, which insurance doesn't pay for. We went to a different dentist to get a second opinion and they found no cavities. In addition to that, they applied fluoride without notifying us that there would be a charge for it. We got the bill in the mail later. The Dr. and the hygienists were very nice, but the misleading diagnosis and over charging is not right. read more

I initially came here with my 10yr old and 2yr old because the office was listed under their insurance. I was pleasantly surprised to discover that both of my kids LOVED their visits and even asked when they could go back. All staff is very friendly to the kids and the office is very modern, playful, and well-suited for kids of all ages. We continue to go back even though our insurance has changed and the office is 20 mins from our house. Highly recommend. read more
