Five stars hands down - the absolute best pediatric dentist appointment we've ever experienced. Forget the aesthetics of the place or the cool waiting area for the kids; I was impressed by the very professional and kind demeanor of all the staff. Dr. Brenner came out to introduce herself to me before she brought the kids back (both at the same time, how fabulous!). She performed their dental check with me present, and explained the entire process, while completely engaging both my kids at their own developmental level! They completed the cleanings, X-rays, sealants and fluoride treatments for both in under an hour. You can tell that Dr. Brenner and her staff love their jobs. read more

I made my appointment six months earlier, but had changes to my son's school schedule with FSA testing and needed to make a last minute change to my appointment. The staff was proactive in calling me to confirm his appointment and changed my appointment to the next day to accommodate my change request. When I showed up for my appointment the next day, I was seen within five minutes of my arrival and both the hygienist and Dr. Brener came out to discuss my son's results. All-in-all, I consistently have a "great" overall experience with this doctor and her staff. They're caring, conscientious and professional. read more

The office contacted me after reading my review. They offered to contact my old insurance carrier to see if they would cover the services I had paid for out of pocket, as we were still within the billing window. After some back and forth about whose responsibility it was to confirm the old employer's insurance was still active, and back and forth on why they made me pay without trying to bill my insurance company first, it turns out I actually was insured at the time. I have now been fully reimbursed, the insurer paid for all services rendered. I can say it was worth writing the review, I'm happy it motivated them to help me. Still, the experience was bittersweet. We just had our very first dentist appointment with Dr. Brener and I couldn't be more impressed. The office is very clean and very kid friendly! The Dr. came out to greet us and had a book of photos and cartoons to walk my toddler through her appointment before we even went in the back. She was kind, patient and professional. My toddler made it through the appointment without a fuss and has already asked when she could go back. They have a stuffed animal mascot and let kids brush his teeth, as well as televisions on the ceiling so they can watch a cartoon overhead while in the chair. I took my 3 year old son to Dr. Brener after a collision with our 5 year old resulted in a loose tooth. I assumed she was going to insist on X-rays but she actually explained that an X-ray wasn't nessecary. (When was the last time you went to a doctor and they didn't try to run up your bill?!) This was (wonderfully!) shocking to me! She took a lot of time to answer my questions and was extremely gentle and caring with my son. Dr. Brener has a great personality and an obvious love for children. The office is clean and engaging (iPads on the walls and TV's in the ceiling). Just when I didn't think it could have gone any better, the woman at the front desk let him spin a giant wheel and he won a flashlight!
