The wedding was June 12th and I think I've looked at the pictures from the wedding every day since. The staff was so nice in making sure that the guest and wedding party were content and happy. The invitation said 6, but the wedding didn't start until 7, but no one seemed stressed about it, so I assumed it was an early time on the invite to make sure people didn't arrive late. There was a cash bar, and while I spent $48 without tip on 4 drinks, I'd happily to it again. They poured up a good drink There was an outdoor patio for standing around while we waited for the ceremony to begin, taking pictures, talking and smoking etc. The wedding was lovely overall and this venue only added to the atmosphere. The food was delicious, there was salmon, chicken tenders, brisket, Cesar salad. The collard greens were not to my tasting, but I'm from the south and nobody makes collards better than my grandmas and aunts. Again....Kelly and her team deserve all the accolades for what was seemingly a stress free wedding environment. I'm not sure of the cost, but the mother of the bride assured me it was reasonably priced for a wedding planned in less than two months.

    I normally don't leave reviews, but this situation needs to be exposed so other business owners…read moredon't walk into the same trap. I moved into this office space on August 25th after paying $1,350 to get started. I was given two options: $600/month working directly through Mark (month-to-month), or $850/month through the office with a locked annual lease. I chose month-to-month for flexibility. From day one, things didn't add up. I was told my deposit would be used to refresh and paint my unit. That never happened. I had to pay out of pocket to make the space usable so I could even begin generating income. When I communicated that my October payment might be slightly delayed due to those unexpected expenses, Mark agreed. Shortly after, he went behind my back and told another tenant that if I didn't pay by Friday, he would put my belongings out. This directly contradicted our agreement and created unnecessary conflict. But it didn't stop there. In December, I discovered a mass in my breast and had to travel back and forth to Alabama for medical care. When I returned to Atlanta on January 4th after a 6-hour drive, I stopped by my office and fell asleep from exhaustion. The next morning, Mark asked to speak. We went upstairs, and during that conversation, he made a direct threat against my children. His exact words: "If I don't have my money by today, I'm going to lock your door so you don't have access and you can call your kids down here to get them killed if you want to. I'm a gangster." I immediately contacted the police. Nothing was done. At that point, I had no choice but to shut down my business and leave. I lost income, clients, and had to completely restart including reprinting all marketing materials tied to that address. Beyond my personal experience, the environment itself is deeply concerning: * People are living in these office spaces full-time without the owner's knowledge * Frequent domestic disturbances * Police activity and drug-related incidents * A reported shooting involving a child during a penthouse party that was never disclosed * Constant tenant turnover multiple people moving out at the same time This is not a professional business environment. It is unstable, unsafe, and poorly managed. There also appears to be serious internal mismanagement involving staff handling money and operations without transparency to the actual owner. If you are serious about your business even a little bit do not rent here. What looks like an opportunity will cost you more than money. It will cost you peace, safety, and progress.

She answered all my questions promptly; even giving me pointers of things I wasn't sure of. The venue inside is breathtaking. The building is a stand-alone so there was plenty of parking and an outside seating area for use as well. My event was a total of 8hrs on a Saturday. It was enough time to set up, party and break down without rushing. the day of Coordinator was HELPFUL with setting my tables (because my Decorator canceled and we had to last minute DIY). The event was LOVELY! The space was FANTASTIC. My pictures look amazing in the background. We will rent again.

    I came here for a friend's vow renewal and I must say from the outside, this place is pretty sad…read morelooking but it's pretty nice on the inside. Located right off Main Street in downtown College Park, this place is easy to find (due to great signage) and there's a good deal of parking in their lot as well as on the street. To my understanding the event center offers different packages to suite people's needs so it's a one stop shop. The actual ceremony took place upstairs and it was beautifully decorated but it was kind of weird seeing staff still decorating and setting up 15-20 minutes after the event was supposed to begin. It's not a very big space and I'm sure if there were more than 100 people there; things might be a little cramped. I did see that there were two rooms that could be used as a bridal suite but they're smack dab in the front entrance and back area of the room so doesn't look like much privacy if you're using the room for a ceremony. The reception took place in an open space area on the first floor and it was a very industrial looking space with brick walls and concrete flooring and there's a nice size bar area as well. I must say the layout of the event was well done and there's plenty of room to put a decent size dance floor. The food was decent and the staff I came in contact with were prettt helpful. The only thing I didn't like was there were one ladies and men restroom on each floor so with the amount of people there, there was always a line since there was only one stall in each bathroom. All in all, a nice event space that can tailored to your needs.
