They gave me 3 options and provided actual copies of what things would look like. None of this having to search your imagination to think of wjat it would look like. They showed you. Staff very polite and attentive. Prices were more expensive than I thought the job woud be but you get quality. Also you were not forced or pressured to accept the highest price as options provided, at a least expensive levels to consider. More than once they said this might fit into your budget as if they were on your side and I felt they were. They were helpful every step of the way. YOu might not go with them for your project but if not you may have gone with a less quality outfit.

The prices are also very reasonable. Depending on what it is... business cards usually take a day to finish, whilst catalogues about a week. They do rush jobs as well. When I ran the Miss World Canada pageant few yrs ago, I had the program books done here & it was very well done. They let me see a proof b4 they printed. The colors looked spectacular, paper was decent & course the price was great.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS - THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK…read more We shipped an antique clock - that survived 2 bombings by the Nazis in WW2 - that the UPS team, wrapped and packed so we could have insurance. It was shipped to the US - who after a few months - agreed that it was packed poorly - casing the clock to be damaged in shipping - but it was not their (UPS Global's) issue - so back to Daisy at store 138 - who simply said - can't find your records - and then stopped communicating. SO we paid for packing - shipping and insurance - and got a damaged antique clock and no help with claiming insurance. Just basic fraud on all fronts at UPS - will have to see if UPS Canada can help. What the store said....they could not even tell me how to collect a claim on the insurance we bought... I'm sorry reply you so late. And sorry again that we can do nothing about this package.
