Since we moved into our house, there has been a leak in the roof in our unfinished attic area. Additionally the attic vent fan stopped working. We received a reasonable quote to have the fan replaced and the leak repaired. That was in November 2022 and the work was done in march 2023 for weather safety reasons. They came and did the work in a timely manner. Since that time, the leak has continued. They have returned several times without being able to find and actually fix the leak. Now it is winter 2023 and once again, the leak has returned. Roofmasters returned several times. This time they have narrowed the leak to a lack of pipe flashing. The problem with this? In November 2022, I sent a picture of ice and water to roofmasters calling out the pipe as a possible root cause of the leak. Either it was ignored or they attempted to fix and failed, or they repaired the wrong area. Regardless, I'm easy to work with. Things get missed. But I expect a business to make it right when mistakes are made. I would have been thrilled that they may have actually found the original leak, but now Roofmasters is treating this as if it is a new problem unrelated to the previous work order to fix our leak. Apparently they consider it a new job. ITS THE SAME LEAK! And they have GHOSTED me completely when I asked them to make good on the work we paid for. It's the same leak. Same amount of water, same location. Since November 2022. In fact, we left the buckets in the same place all year by a happy accident which meant it collected most of the water to avoid damaging our ceiling. Moral of the story, expect Roofmasters to need to come back several times to fix leaks and when they finally find the root cause, don't expect them to make good on their promises and stand by the quality of their work. They will probably treat it as an entirely new job/problem. What a scam! I had originally recommended them to many other people. I've been sure to reach out and withdraw my recommendation.

Charlie from Sales was such a pleasure to work with and very funny. There were multiple options, colors and materials and Charlie gave us so many suggestions and help that it was easy to choose colors and options to stay within our budget. The roof and gutters were done really quickly, even with all the delays due to the rainy weather. Windows needed to be ordered and it took 8 weeks, but once done, they look awesome. We were worried about 2 specific windows, but once Heritage took care of them, our concerns were taken care of without us even asking. The outcome has been nothing short of a complete disappointment. Initially, the project seemed promising, but it quickly spiraled into frustrating issues. The team consistently used shoddy wood, craftsmanship was horrible, with at times looking like a child cut the wood. When I expressed concern, I basically never heard from them again. The quality of the work itself was the most critical failure. There was a blatant disregard for craftsmanship and attention to detail. Specific examples of poor work include: * Bowing rails 1 week after completion that Alseb Group refused to fix * Numerous boards not cut to proper length, leading to nothing lining up. * Refused to finish last part of contract because they said they weren't making enough money. When confronted with these issues, the contractor was Defensive then unresponsive. My attempts to resolve these problems were met with silence and a complete lack of professionalism. Ultimately, I was forced to hire a separate, qualified professional to fix the shoddy work, incurring significant additional costs. The final result is a project that is subpar and incomplete, and has cost me far more than the initial estimate. I have everything documented including all misleading texts and pictures. I will gladly share with anyone thinking of using this .company I would strongly advise anyone considering hiring Alseb Group and to look elsewhere. After being abandoned by a general contractor with whom we were working, we sought a reputable company to restore our 100-year-old maple floors that had been buried beneath decades of carpeting, padding, staples, wax, and glue. Although we knew it was a tough task to restore the floors, we knew it was possible. Where other companies balked at the condition of the floors and either attempted to inflate the price of the work or sell us on purchasing new flooring, Alseb Group came to our home, assessed the work to be done, and told us exactly what was needed without peddling fear. They were honest in stating that they could not work miracles but would be able to restore the floors. We also hired them to install laminate flooring in a bedroom, which turned out great as well. We were so impressed with their work that we hired them to complete additional projects including installing flooring in a kitchen, breakfast room, and pantry as well as repairing a 100-year-old weather worn wood exterior door. They took care to level the entire kitchen and install a subfloor rather than simply placing the new flooring on top. With the door, they did an amazing job removing the rotted wood and creating an embellishment that retained the character of the door. They worked with us to select the perfect stain for the door. Now it looks better than it has in nearly a decade. Additionally, they repaired and painted a rotted wooden window frame. Their attention to detail is rare. Their experience and expertise were a gift, as they made us aware of things we had not considered and took time to make sure that we were pleased with the results. There were numerous benefits to working with Alseb Group. Of note, they were fast. They completed the work in expert fashion in the estimated time frame and were always punctual. Communication was always clear with quick responses to questions. They were transparent and explained the work to be done and went over the work once completed. As imagined with a 100-year-old property, our projects were not easy, but they completed them with ease.
