Just started using Three Brothers landscaping this summer. They do a good job cutting grass. But as far as trimming bushes awful job. My Hydrangeas were just starting to flower and they trimmed them cutting off all the flowering buds!! My tickseed was stepped on and some of the stems are broken. They did a horrible job on trimming the rest of the bushes and did not clean up all of their mess. I spoke with Justin and I wanted him to come out to look at the damage his crew has done. He was supposed to get back to me and I have not heard a word from him. Tried calling this morning on his cell. Left a message. I am livid over the way my bushes were trimmed. That landscaping was put in 3 years and cost a pretty penny. And now it looks horrible read more

We removed a swimming pool and wanted the area back filled, sodded and a small area filled in with pavers. Justin returned my call immediately and came out to do an estimate within days. Offered excellent suggestions and seemed eager to do the work. After a few weeks I contacted the office 3 times asking if they were still interested in the project and giving an estimate and I never received an answer. Very poor customer service for a local business, we should have been told up front that the job was either too big or too small for them. Guess their only business is cutting grass read more

Great company always does a great job at a fair price and that is why we have stayed with them over 25 years - first company we hired when we moved here and stayed ever since. This business should be called Three Buffoons Landscaping. Called for an estimate on weekly maintenance as well as a pretty extensive landscape installation. I called and King Buffoon answered. He was a grumpy jerk on the phone. He came out for the estimate a few days later. He gave me the estimate for the weekly cut. I told him to start. He said he'd bring the estimate when he cut the grass the first time. The day for grass cutting came and went. I called and left a message assuming I had the day wrong. I never got a call back and no one has come to cut my grass. No estimate either. Don't waste your time on this place. You'd get more professionalism, more work done, and probably a better job by hiring a couple sheep to prune your lawn. There'd be less crap to deal with too. To the owner who responded, it was absolutely your company. Don't blame other businesses for your enormous screw up. As for my name, it's my real first name and middle name but it is not the common name I go by. Also, if you read my review, you will see this was for a larger landscaping project. The scruffy heavyset guy screwed up. The job was to remove a large child's playset, scrape up the sand and mulch, lay sod, level part of the yard, build a retailing wall around a pool, re-set decorative blocks in front of the house that sank, cut down a dead tree, plant a tree or two, and add rock to our landscaping. He came out, told me he was going to write up an estimate, and that's when I asked about grass cutting. He told me he'd bring the estimate when the grass cutting started the following week. You guys a screwed up and I'm not removing this review because you make up nonsense. This guy was incompetent. And here's a new update. You drive like a moron. You almost T-Boned a lady when you BLEW THE STOP LIGHT at 159th and Arroyo while heading west the other day. I was doing about 50 and you passed me like I was standing still while your panther trailer was dipping chunks of garbage in the road. Then you went through a red light that had been red for a good 5-10 seconds. I don't know about all of you, but it seems like at least one of the three brothers is human garbage on multiple levels. I'm going to do my very best to ruin your name in town and make sure all my clients know how much you absolutely suck in and out of business. read more

These men are over the top with diligence. They did not leave even though it started to rain until all was cleaned up and checked over...My utmost appreciation to such great work ethics. Would not recommend this company. Worker was scheduled and they would show up. When the work was started it was not finished. They actually hired my handyman to finish on of the jobs. Their worker showed up drunk. Hub needs to be completely re-done. Stay away from 3 brothers read more

What a terrible experience with this contractor. We just moved into a new house and were in need a complete, full landscaping job. The initial salesman that came out was late for our appointment. Today is day 26 and I still have not received a quote from him and/or ThreeBrothers Landscaping. I don't know of too many companies that aren't in a hurry to quote a $8K job, but this is one of them. I called their office to see if the salesman was still employed there. The receptionist said he still worked there and he would call me back immediately. That never happened. After waiting two more days I called him on his cell phone. He promised he would email the proposal to me in the next day or two. That never happened. Three Brothers cut my lawn last year. They would leave grass clippings all over the place, stuck to the side of the house and pool, even though it was supposed to be bagged. For $200 a month I would expect better. I wanted some landscaping done but it took a month to get a quote and when I received the price it was outrageously high. They obviously didn't want the job. Had our lawn mowed by this company last year. Horrible service, both the grass cutting/trimming and their responses. It looked like our grass was never cut and several times the trimming/edging never happened. I sent the company pictures as proof and I received the response "ok". Went with this company again this year despite better judgement, after not having any luck finding other companies, and after one week told them to forget it. They wedged our self-closing gate open with our landscaping rock and never closed it again, and our dog got out. Accidents happen, but every time this company was reached out to by us, we basically received a "don't care" response. read more

Called and talked to a rep about a landscaping project. Explained in depth what the project was. Got a couple of excuses on the phone that job would be difficult because I didn't pull a few stumps. Anyway was told he would take a look and I never heard from the clown again. They lost a job I had done for $6800.00. Guess it was too small. I won't call again. The owner I assume of this company was extremely rude and disrespectful, having absolutely no regard for other peoples property. On April 11, 2021 Three Brothers Lawn service was hired to complete a landscaping project at my boyfriends address. I was inside the house cleaning when I heard a crashing noise outside. I immediately ran to the door not knowing what the sounds were and realized it was the landscaping company. The landscaper was blowing leaves and tree branches from the roof of the house onto my car. I stepped outside waved my hand to get his attention and said, "excuse me sir, would you mind knocking on the door to let me or my boyfriend know when you are cleaning the yard so we can cover the cars?" ( 2018 and 2019 Cadillacs) very politely with a smile. "it's a $30,000 car and I kind of want to keep it in good condition." The landscaper rudely with a very disrespectful tone shrugged his shoulders and said, "I don't care!" I was totally in awh of his response! This was not the first occasion the landscaping company had been asked to advise the tenants when they were cleaning the yards. To make a long story short, I am now taking furthers actions. Came out poor poor job of cutting grass, half the yard wasn't trimmed loose grass left all over wouldn't recommend to anyone..Talked to Bill could have cared less about the poor job his workers did an they were suppose to come back out to satisfy this customer, no body bothered to come out or call.. Two stars instead of one, because everyone I dealt with was at least polite. I waited two months waiting for what I consider a small brick laying job for $1,470.00. Maybe because it was a small job is why I had so much frustration? The first "install date" I took a day off of work to have them no show. At first it was the rain, "the long winter", then it became issues at other job sites (blaming other customers), a medical leave for a few days, etc. were the excuses for putting me off over and over. I finally said I'm done, and requested my 50% deposit back. Of course, then they were allegedly going to come the following day...I had enough, and am now going with a different company. I had to call three times to retrieve my deposit check too...argh! read more

Did a crappy job sealing my driveway (blamed it on the sealer company), had to have them come out and remove it, which also was crappy. they promised they would be out to resand everything. never did. I called and emailed with broken promises. lots of excuses. would never use again. read more
