I had someone else do the installation and they're the ones who turned me on to LL. It's a friend of mine's company, and due to not being excited about the quality of work that his workers completely botched I won't say anything about his company. He would however, come over and try to help my wife and I complete the job that we didn't want his guys to try again. I see the mess every day. I'm talking about Ted and the corporate office who made things financially better. Once I spoke with them and explained that we were waiting for months and materials were lost, and the rest of the pallet, broken on the edges; they really tried. I should have haggled a little more since the broken pieces were after I agreed to the discounted price. But oh well. Ted is a saint. I will always have fond memories of his kindness and support. His hands were tied but he will do whatever it takes to get the job done. In today's world that's far from normal.
