This is actually ZERO stars. We had to fire Robert and his co-worker Dirk. They never showed up…read morewhen they said they would. They would come hours later.. Then they would not stay very long and did not get work done as scheduled. Yet, he frequently tried to get us to make another payment. The last time, when we refused, he texted us "Do you want things to get done on time? And quality work?" The next day he didn't come at all, nor did he respond to any phone calls or texts. We were left to schedule other people to finish the work, including redoing some of the drywall that Robert did in a very poor fashion. This cost us more money.

Update: We called Altus Tile to remodel our guest-bathroom, and we LOVED how it turned out! They…read morehave remodeled our Master Bath and our Guest Bathroom. Altus Tile does quality work! Robert and his crew at Altus Tile (Formally known as R & M Remodel & Repair) went out of their way to get the job done right! You can tell that they really care about the details and the quality of their work they do. I would hire Altus Tile in a second if you want an honest, detailed, affordable company that really cares about their work and making the customer happy. We bought our house, and the first thing we had to change was the tile and shower area in our master bath. We wanted to go with a Grays/whites/metallic colors. We chose Glazed Porcelain Floor and Wall Tile (12 x 24 White/Gray) for the floor and walls. We chose the Stone Grey Limestone Dome Wall Accent Tile as the border around the tile. We chose the Brick Boulevard Stone Stainless Mosaic Wall Tile for back-splash on shower built-in shelf. We chose the River Rock Medley Travertine Mosaic Floor/Wall Tile for the shower floor. I hired them to remodel my master bath, and I am so happy the way it turned out! We didn't change the vanity that came with the house, but with time we will change that to a Double Sink Vanity. I will hire Altus Tile in the near future to remodel my other bathroom. I will also hire them again in the near future to make some upgrades in the kitchen, and living room area. They did such an amazing job that even the company that installed my frame-less glass shower doors was impressed with the tile work they did! He said he can't believe the crappy tile work that he sees so often when installing the frameless glass shower doors, so it's refreshing to see great quality work.

Found this place on Google. I just bought a new knife, and I wanted it sharpened and wasn't sure…read morewhere to get it done. I walked in, and the owner had the knife back out to me and sharpened within 2 minutes for $4. He also gave me a bunch of great advice on how to care for a carbon steel blade. Really nice guy, and it helped that he had a big, shaggy, cute dog that liked to be petted in the lobby. Great service, nice owner, highly recommend. Will go back. 10/10

Bought a $400 Benchmade switchblade from this place a few months ago and when I bought it they told…read moreme it had a lifetime warranty, and that if I had any issue or anything I can bring it back whenever. Which is the main reason I bought it. A couple days ago the spring stopped working and the blade just stayed inside so I went back today to see what they could do about it. Right away the guy tells me "there's no way you bought this from us" and then says "show me where we have this". So I literally walk over to their shelf and show him the same knife sitting there. Then he starts questioning if my knife is even real, which obviously pissed me off considering I bought the knife from them. Instead of trying to look up the purchase or actually help me, he tells me he isn't going to get to it today and maybe he'll look at it Monday. Then he has me write down my name and number and starts saying "we aren't the guarantor" and "we'll see what we'll do when we open it up". I told him it felt like he was just trying to wash his hands of the issue and he got mad and started talking to me in a pissed off tone. At that point I wasn't leaving my $400 knife there so I asked for it back, and as I'm leaving he tells me "good luck". Absolutely terrible way to treat a customer. You guys sold me the knife, you guys told me it had a lifetime warranty, and now that something actually broke suddenly "there's no way" I bought it there and you're questioning if it's even real. Look through your sales records, I'm sure you can find the purchase. I spent $400 here and this is how I get treated when I come back with an issue. Definitely won't be buying anything from this place again. DO NOT GO HERE, UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE TREATED LIKE GARBAGE
