After getting a ton of recommendations from locals, i took my car to dave. Had burning smell coming…read morefrom under the hood, and they diagnosed it as an oil drip coming from under the manifold. The guy who would have been able to tackle the job was recovering from wrist surgery, so dave recommended another business which i had the work done at. While on the lift at daves though, they noticed that one of the caliper bolts was missing (of course...because when i had my brake job done, i had it done at mavis and they forgot to put the bolt back). They secured with a new bolt for me (free of charge) and that annoying slight rattle i was hearing when hitting a bump was gone. I will be back to dave for any car issues based on that alone.

He assured me theyve done many before. Well 2 mechanics came out to look at the parts and I asked them have you ever installed bumper guards before and they both said no. This is on me because my gut told me to run. They installed the bumper guards which should have taken at most 2 hours according to an auto body shop. Once again, I go to pick up the car and sure enough only one bumper was done. This was a Saturday. I had to wait til Monday to pick up the car. This is when the scam took place. When I initially asked Tony how much it would cost, he said roughly $150 each. I GOT A BILL FOR $600! Total sheister! DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP FOR ANY WORK!
