Service sucks as well I asked to speak to a manager, or a supervisor and all they did is give me the runaround and promise me the supervisor or manager would be calling me back. They never did call me back in over a month, if there was zero stars, I would give them -1 stars

But Shennel at Sactown's Finest came to my rescue! And for a reasonable price too. I'm very happy with the result. She also embroidered a name on the front (not pictured). When I first dropped the parka off she was still setting up her location, but when I returned to pick up the completed parka she had her lobby set up with samples of other work she can do...and it's a lot!
