He gave me an estimated cost per bag and approximate timeframe on completion. When I dropped off the bags I met his wife, Jenny who does the embroidery. She took the time to make sure the size, positioning and color were what I was looking for. She printed a sample size until we got it just right. She took detailed notes and was very patient and sweet. The bags were done a couple days early. She laced each bag out for me to inspect and made sure I was happy with the final product. I called initially to get a quote and time frame on getting 5 shirts done for work she told me by Friday which I agreed and said it was fine. When I went in to drop them off after a shirts conversation about the shirts and what's needed on them she asked when I needed them by and I said Friday sooner than the time I was going to be able to pick them up, She said that she would have them done sooner than Friday to make sure I had shirts for work. I hate to leave a less than stellar review for such nice people, but I was really disappointed in my experience with this business. I had Jennifer embroider a beach towel for my son and a couple lunch boxes for my kids. Her rates were a little higher than I was expecting ($10 for each the lunch boxes, only 3 letters, and $15 quote for the beach towel, which she ultimately lowered a bit since I got other stuff) but I was already there so I went with it. I specifically asked for Garamond font on the towel because I wanted it to match my daughter' beach towel that I got from Pottery Barn Kids. The turnaround time was good and Jennifer and her husband are really nice people, but the final product was disappointing. First off, Jennifer didn't notice the design on the towel and put my son's name upside down. I suppose I could've made sure she understood that the direction of the text mattered to me but I thought it was obvious. See photo to see what I mean. She offered to take all theh stitches out and re-do it, which was good customer service, but I was afraid the resulting holes would look bad on the towel and opted to get my money back instead. Another thing that bothered me was even though I specifically asked her to do Garamond font, she did the name in Arial font. I told her it didn't look like Garamond and she said "it's like Garamond" but she needed a thicker font. If you know anything about fonts, Garamond is not like Arial - one is a serif font, the other isn't. I wished she would've called me and discussed with me before deciding to do a different font. She could've done Garamond Bold if it needed to be thicker. The quality of the embroidery itself is fine, but I am not really pleased with my experience. At least I was refunded my money for the towel even though it's ruined now. I would not use this business again. read more

I was terribly impressed with Jennifer and her husband's embroidery services. Very recently (July 2020) I took several ball caps to them along with some slightly-less-than-perfect logo art that I wished to have embroidered on the caps. Since providing high-quality artwork is almost a fixed requirement for just about ANY accurately rendered embroidery job, I was skeptical as to whether they would be able to use it to give me the desired results. I am pleased to say that, using their excellent graphics art wizardry, they rendered my design absolutely perfectly on the caps and the result was excellent. Furthermore, their 'set-up' charge is quite reasonable and the cost per embroidered item is also very good. To top it all off, they were able to produce my caps to my complete satisfaction in very short order and I was able to pick up the completed caps in a few days (including a weekend) after placing my order with them. They are extremely friendly and eager to provide the best quality product imaginable, as well. I will definitely avail their excellent services again and again, as the need arises. You can rest assured that you will be quite pleased with their embroidery work and the computerised looms they use are the best available. They can as easily take care of small orders as large ones. They are located in a neighborhood and their house-front is really garden-like and cute. There is not sign, so you just gotta go for it and ring the bell. I was greeted quickly by Jennifer and her husband. They were very friendly and made sure that I was really comfortable. I seriously felt like i was at my grandma's house or something! Anyway, Jennifer worked with me diligently to make sure that she has what I want. I was able to pick the font and color I wanted (total is $10). I had a super pleasant experience with them. So I needed it back in a week and they got done fairly quickly. It was around thanksgiving so even though they were going out of town, they made sure to keep in super clear communication with me of when they will be home so I can go pick it up before they leave. I am SOOOO in love with the finished product. It is so beautiful! I know that they do a lot of mass order work as well since I saw them in her work area. I was desperately looking for a person to embroider like 100 shirts for me last minute and I didn't know where to go. Thankfully I ran into Jennifer and Bill on yelp and they were the perfect fit for me. They run their business out of their house. For most people that might seem weird but I have never seen a more professional setting in my life. They took all my pieces of clothing and gave me a timeframe of when I was expected to get them back and I was shocked when she told me it was gonna be in a couple days. Usually when people embroider or mess with clothing materials it is at least a minimum of a week. There was problems that they were having with their puppy at the time but they didn't let that affect them on serving their customers. I was so sad to hear that their puppy had passed away a couple weeks after I have dealt with them.
