But since a male supervisor informed me…read morelast week, that there is now a $25.00 Service Charge to pay -- IN ADDITION -- for my $15.00 fire extinguisher annual ticket punch, AND I would have to travel for more than an hour -- each way -- to get to spend more for the service fee, than the cost of the service... No thanks. I wouldn't pay a $25.00 service fee for a $15.00 service, if the place was next door to me! Instead, I found a really great place, great reputation, where the staff could not be nicer, just 30 minutes each way from where I am, and they charge the same price, but no service fee.

In fact, I'm not even certain they needed replacing. Then they present my building ported with a ticket to sign for the job. A few weeks later, they sent me some ridiculous invoice that was never authorized with zero proof that they even gave us a quote. To top it all off, the extinguishers were all old and repurposed ones, but they still tried to charge us the same price as a new one. Unfortunately, I heard after the fact that this is how this company operates. I'm ready to battle this out in small claims court if necessary or they can come back and pick up their crappy extinguishers. Do yourself and your company a favor and steer clear of these guys. I'll be reporting them to the BBB.

After, Belvedere came and assessed the problem, they gave me a clear and direct answer of what the problem was. I agreed, and they installed a new stainless steel liner with a clean out at the basement, repaired the motar cement around the new cap. They also installed a clay transitions from the stainless steel liner to the new bird cage cap. No more leaks from the chimney and no more roof leaking issues.
