After using a handful of services over the years we've finally settled on Chase Fire for the main provider of our health network system which encapsulates nearly a hundred buildings across the Tri-state area. When we started our quest to find the right provider we thought working with the biggest companies would be our best fit for our size but we found that they would mess up the more seemingly simple jobs and it was more work to just keep track of what they did and didn't do because it seemed we got lost in the fray. From the start we noticed Chase Fire was able to correctly go in, identify what was needed and correctly cover the entirety of our facilities while maintaining the same pricing and attention to detail across all of our job sites. After 2 years with them we feel it safe to say that we're not going anywhere else. I really love Chase Fire for doing a bang up job at our business. They are quick to come out when I needed them urgently and they provided the best price for their services in Brooklyn. We were in a really tight spot after a violation order from the fire marshals and we were able to rectify it all in the same-day. I'm eternally grateful will continue to use them in the future! Pro-tip: Just get your fire extinguishers serviced yearly!! Our kitchen suppression bottle didn't have pressure because we ignored it and it could've been a lot worse than a fine and shutting our restaurant down for about an afternoon (yes.. thanks Chase!). read more
