I decided that in 2025 I will be growing my gray hair out, gracefully :) The owner, Keisha, listened to my questions and let me try on different wigs until I found one that was a perfect fit for me. She put it on for me, and it looked great! I looked 20 years younger LOL. Of course I bought it! If you are looking for a wig, you absolutely must check this place out!

I went to Keisha seeking a solution to my hair falling out due to a year long health battle. I was hoping that I could put in hair extensions, but that wasn't an option for me. Instead, she pointed me towards wigs, explaining that I don't want to put any additional weight on the little remaining hair I have. Keisha took what could have been a devastating moment for me and made it positive and fun. She and her husband even stayed late, teaching me how to cut the lace off the wig, and how to glue it down. As a white woman, the world of wigs is totally new to me, so there was a lot to learn. At no time did they make us feel rushed. Everything was perfect and I am so glad we went to Gilbert Beauty Supply! You will be so happy you went here!!!

While browsing, I found a Ruggable listed for $150, but it's $100 online, which felt misleading. On top of that, an employee was walking around on the phone the entire time, which made it hard to get proper assistance. I was also quoted $30 for a white comforter that was originally part of a $70 set but it was just the comforter, not the full set. The pricing and overall experience didn't feel consistent or customer-friendly. Looks like a dump site. Unfortunately, I won't be returning.

It's like a dollar store on steroids - you walk in for a cheap phone charger and leave with a cart full of stuff you didn't know you needed. Who knew I needed a glitter lava lamp and a set of neon-colored socks? I especially loved their snacks and candy sections. Tons of gummies and throwback candy I ate all the time as a kid. The cashier completing checkouts started at the PIN pad when prompted to enter my PIN - no attempt was made to turn her head. Nor did she make any attempt to MOVE so I could easily pay with my card. I had to reach around her. Unrelated - there will NEVER be a situation where I pay for a plastic bag that will inevitably tear before I get to the parking lot. Ultimately, the store has great value & selection, but their employees need to be better about respecting personal space.
