I was originally told they would create a free sample shirt for me within two days. Instead, it took over a week. Even with the delay, the sample shirt turned out nice, so I decided to place a bulk order worth over $400. I was told I would receive my shirts within one to three business days, but I ended up waiting eighteen days while dealing with repeated mistakes and miscommunication. During this time, I made multiple trips to the store because the promised timeframe had already passed, and I assumed my order would be ready. Each time, it was not. After all the inconvenience, I expected some form of compensation, whether a refund, a discount, or at least acknowledgment of the delays and the unnecessary back and forth. Instead, I found myself having to repeatedly hound them just to get them to address the issues and attempt to make things right. One of my designs was printed on the wrong shirts, and instead of taking responsibility, they tried to place the blame on me even though my designs were clearly planned and communicated ahead of time. The kids shirt I ordered also had a logo that was not fully pressed, with the edges visibly lifting off the fabric. This entire process has been a headache. If you want your shirts done correctly and within the timeframe you are promised, I strongly recommend going somewhere else.

Through my trusty app, I found Decal Monkey. I stopped in one day after work to see if they could make my bolt and hashing. They definitely did the job, and it was done right. I spent a few minutes explaining what I wanted, what size, etc. The nice lady with the glasses (I forgot her name! =( ) helped me and said tbey would be ready in a day or two. I wasn't able to make it in until 3 business days later, but when I went to pick up, they were exactly how I imagined they would be! The bolt was the perfect size and the hashing had the perfect font! I asked if they could put them on for me, but unfortunately, they can only install in the morning when it's cooler. I ended up doing it myself after I followed the instruction sheet I was given. They look GREAT!! And trust me, when you see them, you'll know it's me, haha!! I may return in the near future for another decal. They also offer shirts, banners, hats, and other items you need personalized. Pricing isn't bad, either! This business appears to be closed now. Perhaps they've just moved and not left a forwarding…read moremessage on their door or website. (I'm trying to be reasonable.) Our organization ordered 26 shirts from them last summer. As long as we were getting ready to order, my phone calls were returned quickly. After the order was placed, it took more than a month to get the order - not bad but not stellar. The quality of the work was excellent, but one of my shirts had a spot on it. When I called to tell them about it, their return calls were considerably slower in coming. Since they are located close to where I live, I drove there and took the shirt with me. The owner, Steve, was very nice and said he would take care of getting me a replacement shirt. That was back in September. I've been calling and leaving messages but NONE of my calls have been returned. I just drove to their shop again, and sure enough - that suite is EMPTY. So now I'm out the almost $30 for my shirt (what would have been my favorite) and I have to shop around again for another business to take care of our next order. It's terribly disappointing to work with someone that comes across as being so nice to find out they can pull something like this. If there's a good reason for what's happened, I can be very understanding. BUT AT LEAST RETURN MY CALLS and let me know what's happening! What a let down!
