This review is for the Tucson Mall location: The staff was very nice and friendly. They helped me with the design and made it look better than what I originally thought. It was also very fast and the outcome was a great-looking shirt.

SPECTRUM MALL LOCATION: I needed a couple custom shirts made quickly and remembered seeing this kiosk inside the mall. I was able to bring my own shirts and use my own images for the shirt. the staff was extremely helpful and willing to assist anyway possible. he honestly made my experience worth every penny. he game he his cell phone number and texted me with the results as we went along. total price per shirt was around 27.50 (including tax not including price of my own shirt). YES!!! I will go back and get another custom shirt made at this location. normally we like to get our shirts silk screened instead of an iron on. however this was very good quality and fast service for the product. KEY NOTE: they will upload any image (I'm sure within reason) as long as it's in a jpeg format.

This place is dog sh!t. They don't even answer phones, it's call forwarded to a voicmail system that they won't callback from. Crap options online to design shirts, and they don't do anything but heat transfer Instore. Go somewhere else, trust me !!!!! read more

This place is absolute garbage. My fourteen year old bought a shirt there while he was at the mall with some friends. It looked a little small to me so I told him I would try to exchange it. I went the next day. I was told I would have to purchase a whole new shirt because it was a custom shirt. No..it's a pre-made design pressed onto a cheap ass basic tee. When I asked how much that would cost he said $20! Ha! It's cheaper on a Amazon. I asked if I could just buy the transfer since I have a heat press. He said no. Interesting since you can provide your own shirt and have something pressed on it. Save yourself some money and a giant headache and buy from Amazon or another company. This company sells crap tees for crap prices with crap customer service. read more

I wish I could give 0 star ratings. I purchased a gift for my mom for Mother's Day on April 17, 2020. Today is May 19 and I have still not received my product. The phone number for customer service is not working and the only response I received from them on Facebook is to be patient. We're they patient when they took my money immediately? They haven't even shipped my product. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau as well. Beware of this "company"!!! read more

Worst printing company in Arizona. My dog could have made a better quality shirt. The people who own this establishment, if you can even call it that need to shut down their pop up shops. I was refused a refund after my shirt peeled off. Please take my advice and go elsewhere. read more

I came in on a weekend for 2 design your own shirts. I was just pricing them but end up walking out with 2 shirts. While I picked my style it's still truly not what I was looking for but it will work for a last minute job. The price is also a bit high but at least I didn't have to wait days for it to ship out to me. I will be back in sure but next time I'll give myself more time. read more

I went to the Superstition Springs location. First of all, I had to call the hat store across the way in order to find out if AZ Custom Tees was even open because no one was answering the phone there. I had ordered my grandbaby a shirt online and that order got lost. I needed a 'First Easter' shirt and had no time to order. They did not have a baby shirt (onesie) so my husband bought one at Macy's. I am a graphic designer and I did the design for the shirt in the mall on my laptop. The person at AZ Custom Tees barely spoke English. Communicating was VERY difficult. I helped with the sizing (he obviously didn't know how to size artwork proportionally etc.) and after MUCH frustration, he was able to print an iron-on for the onesie that I supplied. He then ironed it on - it took 3 minutes. AND THEN HE CHARGED ME $25.00!!! I almost fell on the floor. I made the design. I supplied the shirt. They have a sign that says a shirt with a design is $20 --- and that's when THEY SUPPLY THE SHIRT! He kept saying it was because HE made it. HUH? He PRINTED it. I did everything else. Again - their was a significant language barrier. I paid it because I needed this for an event and it was my grandson's 1st Easter. Never again! BEWARE! DO NOT GO HERE! They're just iron-ons. Invest in a good inkjet printer and make them yourself and save your $25!!!! read more

I do not recommended, customer service and quality is not the best. Owner would rather do everything else but issue refund. Damaged my own shirts that I brought in. No email back regarding issue. DO NOT GO HERE! If I can rate them 0 stars would be the service and product I received. read more

There are a lot of collectible and toy stores, including a Mini so. If you know somebody who loves anime and Funko pops, you'll definitely find a gift here. There is an Ulta here, but it is a very small kind of weird Alta. The perfume section is very small. This would not be my first choice to go to Ulta. The food court has some good choices with a Sarko Japan, Wetzel's Pretzels, and Sbarro, but we noticed some of the food places are gone, too, like Charlie's Steakery. I didn't notice whether the carousel was running while we were there. This is a relatively small mall and we were able to walk from one end to the other on bottom and top floors. If you like sporting goods, the Dick's sporting goods outlet is here. Macy's has closed, sadly, but they're still at Dillard's and JCPenney here. It has some of the standard mall stores like Hot Topic, Bath & Body Works, Torrid, Buckle, and Charlotte Russe. The line for Santa was quite long. There were children dressed up and families with matching pajamas. I was glad to see Santa getting so much business, especially because the photos are so expensive. It was a little sad, though, because even though it's the weekend before christmas, there was absolutely no Christmas music to make you feel the holiday spirit, or the shopping spirit. I couldn't help but feel a little sad because malls are a part of my growing up. Now it seems as though most malls are on their way out, and superstition is definitely among them. I hope it's around for a long while yet, but I'm guessing it's years or limited.
